พนักงานโรงแรมมีความกระตือรือร้นและมีทัศนคติที่ดี ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ตรงข้ามห้างสรรพสินค้า ข้อเสียคืออุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ยังไม่ค่อยดีนัก ไดร์เป่าผมเกิดไฟไหม้ และต่อมาฉันได้รับไดร์เป่าผมที่สกปรกและมันเยิ้ม

Lovely spot close to the beach and Umhlanga village with lots going on in the area, especially over the festive season. The rooms are big with everything you need for self catering and the staff are all very friendly.

5 Stars: Absolutely Perfect! We had an incredible stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My only complaint? We didn't book a longer stay! We could have happily spent another week here. Highly recommend this place to anyone—we can't wait to come back!

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Umhlanga with easy access to everything. The room was lovely and super comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing,delicious and with plenty of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, the restaurant was way too hot. It felt like everyone was trying to grab a fan, and I honestly think they should either switch on the AC or find a better solution for cooling the space. The pool was nice and well-maintained, and it’s heated, but honestly, it felt a bit strange to swim in a hot pool during summer. I think the heated pool would be much more enjoyable during the cooler months, like in winter. Another downside is that they close the pool way too early….7 pm is pretty unreasonable, especially in a place like Umhlanga where you want to enjoy the evenings. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities, but the restaurant temperature and early pool closure definitely need some attention.

I like this Hotel because the rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony is nice and quiet all night. They staff is very professional especially Charles the Bartender who also brings the food to your room.

Safest street and neighbourhood. The beach is a stone throw away. The establishment offers great customer services. Everything is excellent customer service. The host was the best; offering chats, good breakfast and cleaning service. The host gave us everything we needed, even extras. It was a great experience, the room was warm; smart TV included and also an honesty bar.

ที่ตั้งคือ10/10 ลงถนนจากถนนฟลอริด้าซึ่งเป็นแหล่งอาหารทั้งหมด สถานที่แห่งนี้สามารถถูกทิ้งและเปลี่ยนผ้าลินินบ่อยขึ้น ผ้าปูที่นอนดูดี พนักงานยอดเยี่ยม ที่จอดรถปลอดภัย ห้องพักค่อนข้างคับแคบ แต่การเดินทางเพื่อทํางานก็ตอบสนองจุดประสงค์ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ แรงดันน้ําในห้องน้ําดีมาก!

นี่มันเยี่ยมมากจริงๆ อาหารเช้าก็เยี่ยมมากแต่โปรดลดเกลือบนอาหารของคุณ และเนื้อจะถูกเอาออกจากเตาอบเพื่อให้ไม่แห้ง ที่เหลือของโรงแรมก็สุดยอด!!! อีกอย่าง โปรดเปลี่ยนเบาะขนนกด้วย พวกเขาดูค่อนข้างเก่า

I booked a vacation for my family. It was a great time for them. They loved everything, the room, the interior, the service from the staff, the facilities, it was more than a great experience. Breakers Resort, thank you for hosting my family!
