excellent location in the centre of Boracay 2 mins from the beach, hotel is immaculate and staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, roof top pool and bar with games available in the evening to play whilst watching the amazing sunset. breakfast was plentiful, seating both indoors and outside, restaurant in the courtyard sells excellent food and cocktails. would thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Boracay

We had a truly wonderful 12-day stay at Ondus Hotel and enjoyed every moment. From the day we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and incredible help from the staff. Every team member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Although the hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast, there are five delicious options to choose from each morning, and every meal was fresh and satisfying. The pool area is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful, relaxing space — and the hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. During our stay, our family unfortunately became extremely sick. The hotel is understandably strict about stains on linen, but despite this difficult situation, we were treated with nothing but respect, kindness, and support. That meant so much to us. After 12 days, we truly feel Ondus is a hidden gem with the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, food was just barely ok, room service was basically non existent, had to phone multiple times to get through. Good location near the beach, friendly staff.

เงียบสงบในยามค่ำคืน ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เหมาะสำหรับการเที่ยวชมชายหาดฝั่งตะวันตก หรือสัมผัสบรรยากาศชิลล์ๆ ของฝั่งตะวันออก ตั้งอยู่บนถนนสายหลัก สามารถเข้าถึงร้านค้าและร้านอาหารมากมาย สระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้าสวยงาม แต่ปิด 18.00 น. สระว่ายน้ำชั้น 2 ใหญ่กว่า ผ่อนคลายมาก และร่มรื่นเหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบผิวไหม้แดดเหมือนฉัน พนักงานทุกคนยอดเยี่ยมมาก และเป็นคนฟิลิปปินส์ที่เป็นมิตรที่สุดที่เราเจอตลอดทริป ซึ่งทำให้วันนั้นเป็นวันที่ดีจริงๆ เมื่อพวกเขาเป็นคนแรกและคนสุดท้ายที่เราเจอ ใช่ไหม? เราจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน เราเลือกสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวด้วย แต่รู้สึกว่ามันอึดอัดไปหน่อย ดีที่มีสระว่ายน้ำแบบนี้ แต่ก็ไม่ได้จำเป็นอะไรมาก

Before our trip, we honestly thought Boracay might be a bit overrated because of all the mixed reviews and comments we had read. However, our stay at Belmont Hotel Boracay completely changed that perception. One of the things we appreciated most was having the best of both worlds. Whenever we wanted to experience the lively and crowded side of Boracay, we could easily head out and enjoy it. But after a long day at the beach and the busy tourist spots, it was always a relief to come back to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Waking up every morning to a quiet and serene environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel gave us the option to choose between the vibrant energy of Boracay and a more exclusive, tranquil retreat whenever we wanted to unwind. Because of that balance, we genuinely enjoyed every day of our Boracay vacation. What we initially thought might be an overrated destination turned into a trip filled with wonderful memories, comfort, and relaxation. This is a trip we will always treasure—truly one for the books. Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

The customer service here is impeccable. Special mention to Ms. Jenn, who accommodated nearly all of my special requests — most notably, she allowed me to use a private network one evening when I urgently needed to connect for an online meeting. That kind of flexibility is truly commendable. My only concern was a distinct barbecue smoke smell that had lingered in the walls of my room. It was quite noticeable, though I believe it was isolated to that particular room, as the other rooms we booked had no such issue at all.
