EE. BurmaThe hotel is in the heart of station 2, surrounded by tons of bars and nice restaurants. Dmall, the small shopping and restaurant street is just around the corner. Not only the location but also the view of the hotel was really good. The hotel is literally on the beach. The view from the room was amazing right towards the ocean. The room itself was well maintained, everything works well and also very clean. The bed was very comfortable.ive been picked up with airport transfer with zero hassle all organized by the hotel.we have received welcome drinks along with a little dancing welcome ceremony before check in. I’ve experienced the staff both reception and also at the restaurant extremely competent and friendly. You could genuinely feel that your convenience and comfort are priority. This is not given considering a lot of hotels run on procedures. In this hotel you can experience the personal initiative too for which I appreciate a lot. I want to thank the manager, the receptionists and the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality. Overall I had an excellent stay and I will definitely stay there again next time.

It’s not in a smack where the chaos are. But it’s few mins by foot or by e-trycle to station 2 and 1.
Room are spacious and the staff are super friendly.
The only suggestion I have is that the beach reclining chair are not fully reclining horrible for sunbathing.
Communal toilet near the reception is not regularly clean. Would be great if the restaurant is serving lunch and cocktails during sunset time. Unfortunately it only serves breakfast
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe stayed at Hotel Belmont Boracay for four nights. The staff was genuinely top-notch! They kindly provided an early check-in after our extremely last-minute booking, which was incredibly helpful.
We loved the peaceful, isolated location and having a private beach nearby was a big plus, though we wish the shuttle service schedule was more frequent.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by room problems. Our original room on the 5th floor was extremely humid to the point where the floors and walls were visibly wet. We complained, and a technician was sent who changed the AC to a freezing 14°C… which apparently was the only way to reduce the dampness, but it made the room uncomfortably cold for sleeping.
Only after the first night did they agree to move us. While the second room was much better with the humidity, the cleaning was severely lacking:
· We found a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom.
· None of the amenities were switched out (face tissues, toilet tissues, tea bags).
· Most disturbingly, the shower smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unfortunate.
This showed us the hotel clearly knows about the humidity issue but didn't proactively switch us, and the room change felt rushed without proper housekeeping. The breakfast was good, not bad.
Belmont is a hotel with extremely wonderful staff in a great location, but let down by critical maintenance and cleanliness failures. Double-check your room immediately upon arrival.

The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.
