"The location is excellent because it is located in the station 2. The room is clean but the cr dont have water drainage, only sa shower has. It is ok if the cr no drainage if the cr and the shower have small holes to pass the water to drain because the water in the CR will accumulate. We feel little discomfort since their service is a little late. We arrived at quarter to 2 to check in but the room still not ready. We are already in the room while they’re still changing the beddings. No wifey inside the room u need to go downstairs to connect to their wifi."

Our host, Ate Lowi, was incredibly accommodating. She even offered us food and prayed for our safe travels. Out of all the hotels and transients we’ve stayed at, Ate Lowi was the only one who welcomed us with such warmth, like family.

"Good location because its in the heart of kalibo, but amenities is soso, tv in the room i got was flickering, and no hair dryer. Tried to call their customer service bevause i asked if there would be an extra charge for additional person, instead they added one bed and charged us 1200. LOL"

One thing worth mentioning is that I lost my eyeglasses during my stay. I’m not sure where it happened, but I wasn’t able to recover them. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and we still enjoyed our time at the resort.

"Our stay at Henann Regency Resort & Spa was truly worth it. The food was consistently good, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning—you’ll definitely leave full because everything they prepare is delicious.
We would like to commend Essa from reception, who was very kind and accommodating. She gave us a great room location that was conveniently near the beachfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we checked the room, we noticed a minor issue with the cabinet door of the fridge, but maintenance fixed it right away, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was clean, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, even those you simply pass by. Special mention to Dannah, who was very jolly and kind—she really made a positive impression on us.
Overall, our 4-night stay was amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. Highly recommended hotel!"

We had a very pleasant stay at RedDoorz Plus @ Hotel Metro Kalibo. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is very convenient—close to key areas and easy to get around.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Amenities were complete and met our needs during the stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, especially when traveling with friends!"
ผผู้เข้าพักI was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.

It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!
