Amazing view of the ocean from our room - the property sits right in front of the ocean. From the verandah in front of your room, you can watch the waves the whole day, there is no need to go to any of the beaches in Mirissa. Breakfast was delicious too, and they even cooked the fish we caught (for a fee). However, don't expect the same creature comforts of an international 4 or 5 star hotel despite being priced higher. The furniture is also rather dated and the room was not very clean. Overall a decent and memorable experience.

酒店的環境優美，很安靜，裝修設計很有質感，看到山下的視野非常漂亮，距離海邊和熱鬧的小鎮也不遠，地理位置可以説相當優秀。但由於酒店位於一座小山的山頂上，上下山的路很窄且泥濘，車輛很難上下山，當我們好不容易到了山頂，和酒店工作人員商量退房時請他們用酒店的tuktuk車幫我們把行李帶下山，（當晚我們幾個家庭共定了5個房間，行李之多可想而知）竟然遭到拒絕，就連我提出會給一定的小費，也沒答應，真的絕了！我們平時走路上下山也就罷了，那麼多行李怎麼帶下去？酒店連這一點都不為客人考慮，實在有些過分了。連我們的司機，一個斯里蘭卡當地人，也批評酒店服務差。最後幸虧我們的司機給力，通過熟人聯繫到了酒店負責人，後安排服務工作人員把我們行李帶下去了，收了2000盧比的小費。但不好的服務體驗還是給我們留下了不好的印象。

Хозяин отеля Сурен очень трепетно относится к своим гостям, любую просьбу решал очень быстро. Команда отеля старается сделать ваш отдых идеальным! В самом отеле очень чисто, территория облагорожена.

Good location but hotel still under a lot of construction

The property is located right by the beach, offering stunning ocean views and a calming ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a coastal vibe. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sea breeze was an absolute highlight. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was delightful—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved their seafood dishes, which were prepared to perfection. Another great feature was the location. It’s close enough to Mirissa’s main attractions but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, giving you the best of both worlds.

This hotel was amazing. They gave us a really good room. The staff was friendly and treated us well. The location is closer to good beaches, bars and restaurants. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
