Overall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.

Property was located in tapovan. It was easy to find. Food was just delicious. All amenities and services provided were excellent. Every staff at the property greeted us nicely whenever they met us. Overall a great experience.

The location was perfect and good restaurants around and transportation options better.

Right from the beginning, me and my wife had a very special welcoming experience from the front desk Receptionist Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Ravi . Room was clean and hygienic , both room service and house keeping staff were very cooperative. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Transportation to and from the hotel arranged by the hotel was punctual and very helpful. Will stay at this hotel during all our future visits to Rishikesh and also recommend to all my friends . The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming. The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath. Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members. The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work. In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

This is relatively small hotel, where i could find all basic amenities. Reception area is clean and check-in process was smooth. Special mention, you need to keep your footwear outside or carry with your hand. Room was clean with sufficient toiletries, electric kettle, clean towels, bed-sheet etc. Small restaurant has traditional sitting arrangement (not typical dining table/chairs. Food was prepared nice, good taste and as requested, prepared with less oil. They do have yoga classes every morning which is free. I couldn't attend but would do on next stay. I tried abhyanga massage there. It was okayish and not as authentic as you may find at some other places. Things to improve - hotel has no signboard or directions to reach the hotel. You may need to call the front desk. Things to note - there is shared entry for multiple hotels in that street. If there are car(s) or even 2-wheeler parked in that way you need to either park at a distance
