Hotel tres bien. Le personnel très gentil et surtout très serviable prêt à rendre service malgré leur statut respectif. La nourriture est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner offre une large gamme de nourriture. Je suis végétarien et j’ai ***gé varié pendant mon séjour. Dans le cadre de la fête de nawmi où la déesse Durga est vénéré l’hôtel offre un vaste choix de plats typiques du bengal en forme de buffet midi et soir. Le personnel du restaurant est formidable. Le service de voiturier est aussi très bien. Ritesh était un guide hors pair et il m’a fait visiter des endroits insolites. Je le recom***de sans hésitation car on se sent très en sécurité avec lui.

I stayed there for 3 night. The was very nice and we felt very good experience. The food quality was also very good. Overall it was a nice stay.

One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!

We stayed at The Peerless Inn, Kolkata for two nights. The overall experience was pleasant. The room and bathroom were excellent—clean, spacious, and comfortable. A special thanks to Ms. Neha at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful right from check-in and arranged our room very quickly. We are especially grateful to Mr. Somnath, his hospitality truly stood out. “Thank you” doesn’t feel enough to express our appreciation for his kindness and service. We also had the chance to try the Aaheli restaurant for authentic Bengali cuisine. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager, Mr. Sanjib, was very warm and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were not very polite and lacked a welcoming attitude or smiles, which slightly affected the morning experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, except for the breakfast restaurant staff’s attitude. We would definitely recommend Peerless Inn for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality from key members of the team.

I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Andaman Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

Room, food, service, all good accept morning front office stuff. They kept so long to get room when room look like vacant from long time, i was almost four hours to get room, all-ready i told them i have flight early midnight, thank you
