本次入住體驗整體非常不錯，整體各方面都很滿意。到店辦理入住流程簡單順暢，工作人員接待温和有禮，辦事效率很高，有不清楚的地方詢問也都耐心解答。酒店整體衞生打理得很到位，走廊、大廳乾淨清爽，房間乾淨整潔，價格沒有額外收費，不管是出差還是短途旅行都很合適，整體性價比很高，住得舒心安心，下次過來還會選擇這家，推薦給大家。

Really good hotel, everything is new, clean and functional. Maybe the water pressure in the shower could be better, I have really long hair and it took me an eternity to wash off the shampoo 😅 but it’s just a detail, overall everything was perfect. The breakfast was really good and kindly offered to us as a compliment, we really appreciate the generosity.

Everything about this stay was excellent! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options. From the service to the room, everything was very nice. Highly recommended!

Amazing historic house, lots of well preserved original decoration pieces! You feel back in time or in a private museum! Rooms are clean and modern and location is in the historic district with lots of food options. Totally is worthy!

Loft房間設計很巧妙，很適合一大家人出行。套餐裏的增值服務很多，除了三景點門票外，歡迎水果種類多，下午茶精緻，晚上有暖心粥。王管家服務熱情周到，響應迅速。小朋友住的很開心。早餐豐盛，比一般的五星級口味好吃，看我們甜點沒吃完，阿姨還主動幫我們拿打包盒。旅拍的攝影師技術也很好。總之是來溧陽度假的不錯選擇。

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

LOVED the hotel. Great breakfast and staff was sooo helpful. My son loved all the dinosaurs. So close to many restaurants and the park.

The main gripe that we had with this hotel was that they had an airconditioning system that was apparently preset and that wasn't able to be changed manually. Our windows were also not able to be opened so the room soon turned into something akin to a sauna, which made sleep impossible. As a result, we had to call the number responsible for the airconditioning for a remedy to the situation at 3am in the evening, which judging by the grumpy male voice on the other end of the phone, they weren't too happy about . The saving grace was that the lady that came up to relocate us was super nice and understanding and made the transition to our room seamless. Location wise, very close to the railway station, Tianning Temple and Hongmei Park.

Everything is different from how the hotel looks. Unnecessary rules, such a big hotel and just 2 water bottles. Inspite of having all the ingredients they don’t want to make custom food for foreigners clients untill they request too much or force. Round the clock for such a big property English speaking staff or the best quality electronic translator should be available at all times
