I wish I could give 100 stars to this accomodation. It was perfect, spotless, brand new, fresh, just amazing. The bed is soft, I sleept like a baby. My room also had a big balcony. I arrived late in the night and the aunty was still waiting for me. Smooth communication on Whatsapp in case you need anything. Every day clean towels and new bottles of water. The area is quiet and close to the city and the Imperial Palace, couple of minutes by bike or car. I will definitely come back again, I love Hue, this time I stayed only 2 nights, next time I will stay longer.

ถึงแม้จะตั้งอยู่ในซอย แต่ก็หาง่ายมาก และการเรียก Grab ก็สะดวกเช่นกัน เจ้าของที่พักให้การต้อนรับดีมาก เตรียมชาและผลไม้ไว้ต้อนรับ และยังให้เราเลือกอาหารเช้าได้ทุกวัน แรงดันน้ำดีมาก ทำให้การอาบน้ำสบาย หลังจากเช็คเอาท์แล้ว พวกเขายังให้เราฝากกระเป๋าไว้ได้จนถึงช่วงบ่าย และถึงแม้เจ้าของที่พักจะต้องกลับบ้านไปฉลองตรุษจีนในวันนั้น พวกเขาก็ยังจัดหาคนมาช่วยเรา บริการดีเยี่ยมมาก

A haven for my soul !!! I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine. If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did.

Vị trí khá ổn vì gần nhiều quán ăn, chợ đêm. Điểm trừ là ko có thang máy, nhân viên có khiêng vali nhưng cũng hơi bất tiện khi lên xuống. Giường đơn ghép lại mà do giường sắt hay gì á ghép lại nó ko khít, trang trí bên trong phòng hơi nửa vời (có cái kệ cao nhòng mà để vỏn vẹn cái máy sấy tóc phía dưới, nói chung nhìn chả đẹp mà cũng ko có công dụng mấy). Bên ngoài sân có ghế ngồi chụp hình, cây xanh lên hình khá đẹp.

โรงแรมที่น่ารักและสวยงามจริงๆ การตกแต่งภายในนั้นสวยงามมาก มันอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีใกล้กับทุกสิ่งและพนักงานของโรงแรมเป็นมิตรมาก มีที่จอดรถจักรยานยนต์ด้านหน้าและอาหารเช้าก็ดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและอินเทอร์เน็ตทํางานได้ดี! ตอนกลางคืนเงียบและฉันนอนหลับสบายมาก! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and always attentive to any request. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved the little details that made the stay special — soft linens, pleasant fragrance, and a beautiful view from the window. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, the entire experience felt effortless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel is very nice And the staff were the best I had in Vietnam. Although the location was around 3.5 km from the night walking and food street of Chu Van An, it was a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place with assisted bike for rent. For me it was very pleasant to reach all the destinations (Empirical city, two mausoleums and the pleasant border of the Parfum River) on a bike. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided me great, fresh and Vietnamese food. The room and the bed were awesome (clean, new and stylish) for relaxing after three very intense days. I especially thank My that took very good care of me, and also Trang for her helpful and kind interaction. I loved it!

The hotel looks nice and modern when you first walk into the lobby, and the rooms are indeed spacious. However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell, the bedsheets felt unaired and most likely not freshly changed, and the floor was dusty and dirty. The hot water didn’t run continuously—it came and went in short bursts, which was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready and that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after the wait, the room was still not properly cleaned. Overall, even though the hotel looks good in photos and has a pleasant aesthetic, I wouldn’t book here again.
