This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We loved our Greek-style room, which had two balconies. One of them offered a beautiful partial view of the sea, which was especially lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit. You can also ask the staff to prepare an egg dish, and there is a coffee machine available. The sea view from the breakfast area is simply fantastic. There are drinking water dispensers throughout the hotel, which is very convenient. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and hotel guests can use the beach free of charge. Beach towels are also available at the reception desk. The rooms are cleaned upon request, which we found very convenient. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Абсолютное уединение, комфорт и лучший пляж в мире! Отель расположен в прекрасном месте — на полуострове, вдали от толп туристов, всего в 10 минутах езды на авто или такси. В 5 минутах ходьбы находится потрясающий уединенный пляж. К нему ведет отличная дорога со ступенями в скале, а сам спуск в воду оборудован удобным пьедесталом с вертикальной лестницей-поручнем. Вода изумительно теплая и прозрачная, мы даже поснорклили. Людей почти не бывает, а однажды мы плавали абсолютно одни. Этот пляж навсегда в нашем сердце как лучшее место на земле! Отель практически новый, очень красивый, и о нем искренне заботятся — придраться абсолютно не к чему. Сон здесь был невероятным: великолепные кровати, удобнейшие матрасы, кайфовые одеяла и подушки, а кондиционер работает очень тихо. Ночью мы спали с приоткрытыми окнами в абсолютной тишине. Несмотря на то, что отель маленький, завтраки выше всяких похвал. Меню поражает разнообразием: пару видов яиц (включая отличный омлет), обилие овощей и фруктов, вкусняшки к чаю, великолепный кофе, а также сушеный инжир и орехи, которые особенно полюбил мой муж. Каждое утро мы завтракали на летней террасе в окружении прекрасных котиков с ошеломительным видом на море и греческий остров. Персонал — просто душки! Работают незаметно и тихо. Ребята очень отзывчивые: у меня не было с собой спасательного круга, и они дали мне специальное плавсредство для безопасного снорклинга. Очень тронул момент, когда вечером на парковке каждый из них, уезжая домой, искренне пожелал нам спокойной ночи. Было теплое ощущение, будто мы среди близких родственников. Идеальное место для тех, кто ищет уединение и высокий уровень комфорта!

Завтрак — шведский стол, нам очень понравилось с мамой. Супер вид на море и город. Отель находится на горе, подниматься можно по лестнице. Персонал просто супер. Помогали по любым вопросам и давали советы. Отель не ощущается как отель, а как загородный дом. Также на территории живут малейшие котейки!

Location is quite good and plenty of parking available.  Room facilities are modern but we had unpleasant experiences with it.The bathroom design was unsafe. There was a raised door frame at the entrance of the bathroom, and both an adult and a child in our family tripped over it during our stay. This posed a real safety risk, especially for families with young children. The motion-sensor faucet in the bathroom was also very impractical. It was unable to control the water flow, and often turning off unexpectedly, which made basic use frustrating rather than convenient. In addition, the room was not cleaned on the second day, and we were not informed in advance. No explanation or notice was provided, which was disappointing and not what we would expect from a hotel at this level.

I was staying for 2 days, the hotel is good for its price: nice private beach, good Turkish breakfast, beautiful territory. I most enjoyed the balcony in the room - the view there is breathtaking and it’s comfortable to spend evenings there to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. Some of the staff might not be very friendly, but the reception manager is always ready to do anything to help you enjoy your stay: order taxi, bring additional blanket, fix any problems with the room. I had really good time here

Все было очень чисто, завтрак очень вкусный, разнообразно, останавливались на 2 ночи и были разные варианты того, что выбрать 🔥 удобно, что есть своя парковка, однако, будьте готовы к крутому спуску и подъему, я была на большом авто, сначала было волнительно! Есть свой пляж, особенно нравилось отдыхать в отдельных «бунгало» , отель смело могу рекомендовать 👌🏼

Отель когда то был крутой. Есть бассейн. Лифта нет. Сервис отличный. Завтрак нам понравился и в целом отношение. Номер уставший. В целом поддерживают аккуратность номеров и мебели. Пол был немного пыльный. Пришлось ходить в тапочках. Кондиционер очень старый, не регулируется, чтобы спать ночью с комфортом. Громкий. Но рабочий. За эту цену как будто немного не дотягивает. И это еще один из самых дешевых в этом регионе. Есть платный пляж, туда входит оплата за город Патара. В целом рекомендовать могу.

This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall:
— the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed;
— the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)
