The accommodation is in just the third summer season, so remains in as-new condition. The location is in a quiet lane off the main Marina parade, so is easy to access. With plenty of restaurants and activity nearby, the location is great. The pool is sparkling clean ( a little too cold for swimming in late April) and the rooms are nicely simple and functional. A decent bed and bedding. Merve the hostess is outstanding, providing attentive and helpful service. She and their rooms are highly recommended, for a pleasant stay in Bodrum !

Great and cozy hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The design is beautiful, and the breakfast area is very cute and pleasant. The location is excellent, it’s protected from the wind and noticeably warmer than other parts of Bodrum. The room includes a small coffee machine, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and bathrobes. The shower itself is great, and the water gets properly hot, which is not always common in touristic places. The only thing I would recommend is requesting a room on the second floor if possible when booking. The hotel is located in an old historical building, so if you stay on the first floor you may hear people walking in the rooms above.

This was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are spacious and clean. No lift but we weren't concerned by that. The pool was immaculate with great seating, and the hosts let us swim alittle earlier and later than the normal times which was lovely of them. The location is awesome with a convince store afew steps away, and all the markets and restaurants less than 5mins walk on a flat surface. I would highly recommend staying here!

3 star budget accommodation when you just need a base. It was clean, water was hot, aircon heat was included, kettle for tea/coffee - a nice kitchenette, large balcony, breakfast was a delicious Turkish plate with lots of tea. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the main *****. The Best Part of the Hotel was the Family - we had a bit of a fisco with our car and they went above and beyond on a Sunday to get it fixed for us - for which we were very grateful. We will return the next time we visit maybe in the summer. Thank you Stone House Hotel for your Hospitality and assistance to us.

Pool was the best part of this stay. “Garden view” meant my window looked out at the ground level of the pool deck, making privacy impossible without the curtain closed. Staff were nice enough but the property is in need of repairs and deep cleaning. I was bitten by small bugs I found in the bedding that left red itchy bumps for 4+ days Avoid this whole area and stay in Bodrum town (I wish I had!) if I’d known how run down the whole Gumbet is I never would’ve chosen this hotel Not a place I’d ever return.

Phenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Довольно приятный отель, больше формата бич-клаба. Всегда что-то происходит, всегда музыка, небольшие корпуса из 2-х этажей и собственный пирс-пляж. Классная зона с настольным теннисом. Питание неплохое - голодными не останетесь, все вкусно, но без каких-то изысков. Порадовал классный интернет, внезапно,было удобно работать. Из минусов: грязноватые номера, которые убирают формальным проходом мокрой тряпкой минуты за 2 (реально). А также фантастическая слышимость в номерах. Удавалось спать только в берушах, даже в те моменты, когда выключалась ”дискотека” (против которой даже беруши не помогали, вы буквально будете вибрировать под басы).

Отличное расположение отеля. Буквально минута и вы на пляже. Сам отель очень уютный, чистый. Ночью было тихо. Матрас жёсткий, но для меня это то, что нужно. Если выбирать на будущее, то однозначно это идеальный вариант. Единственное, вода в душе для меня была холодновата. Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

Очень классное расположение - близко и к пляжу с прогулочной зоной, и к автовокзалу, откуда можно уехать в любом направлении. Завтра вроде разнообразный, но не могу сказать, что вкусный. Сам номер для непритязательных туристов: сильно уставшая сантехника, которая нуждается в замене, довольно темное освещение, из вентиляции иногда тянуло сигаретами, хотя в самом номере изначально не воняло. При всем этом в отеле есть все необходимое: гигиенические принадлежности, горячая вода, удобный матрас и подушки (для меня это было важно), чай/кофе и чайник, водичка в холодильнике, кондиционер. Территория отеля - это отдельный разговор, глаза и душа счастливы были находиться в подобном месте. Обширная зеленая территория, много растений, большой чистый бассейн. В общем, цена/качество соответствуют друг другу, на несколько ночей отлично!
