Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨

The hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The a/c was cold, but the blankets were so thin 😆. Location is about 10 mins away from/to the airport/hotel. Tricycles are convenient but taxis we have to booked it. The breakfast was okay, on our first day was a buffet and the succeeding days we ordered from the menu. Would recommend this place.

The location is very convenient since it was just in front of Robinsons Palawan. Check in process was smooth as the staff already checked us in prior to arriving. The complimentary airport transfer was good. The driver was on time. Just had a few hiccups when I initially reserved for a complimentary airport transfer as the socmed admin seems puzzled at first. But just a minor flaw. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent especially it’s a buffet. Extra stars for being flexible, was able to give us a packed breakfast since we are leaving early morning. Extra stars also for the helpful and proactive staff. Overall, it was a great stay and would book again when I go back to Puerto Princesa.

Microtel was a good place to rest if you traveled outside Puerto Princesa, like Balabac or El Nido. It is far from the noise of the city of Puerto Princesa. Downside currently is that the roads going to Microtel is under renovation and traveling to Microtel is hard. This is during November 2025 hopefully the construction will be done soon. You will see that in the pictures of Microtel has beach but this beach is very shallow. Alternative as it it has a swimming pool.

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a good stay here I love the decor it’s very artsy & unique, the breakfast was good. My room was spacious just wish it was a double instead of two beds together. Cycy gave exceptional service at the restaurant/pool bar always very professional friendly & goes above & beyond for guests! The location is a bit far from the city in a little village

The location is just along the highway, the room is clean, their food was delicious, the pool has a nice view and the water is warm. The staff were also approachable and friendly.
