this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. Secara keseluruhan, homestay dalam keadaan yang baik dan selesa untuk didiami. Rumah bersih, kemas dan lengkap dengan kemudahan asas.

Thin walls where you can hear sounds from corridor & room next door. For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended.

It is a old condo, there are repair works.. so do take note. Good: Car park is big and is at level 2 for the designated lot. Because other homestay condos that need to go at least 5-6 levels. Location is very near to AEON Tebrau and Mount Austin. Security wise is good, need special pass to enter the car park. Need to produce passport to enter the premises. Bad: The upper deck bed is very hot and stuffy due to the glass panel. It had block out the aircon blowing. My children will have to shift down to sleep on the floor. The tap water at the wash basin, is yellowish. Toilet bowl is leaking causing wetness on the floor. If you are not very fussy and just staying for sleep over for 1-2nights is it fine.

The inside of the couch has caved in and the surface of the table is peeling off. The hairdryer works really well and the location pretty convenient. Thank you.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.
