ผผู้เข้าพักAbba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation.
The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset!
The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

RRosmeris de la CaridadThe place is convenient if you're going to Playa del Carmen for a short time, the location is perfect, close to everything and at the same time far from the noise, the Walmart next to the hotel it was a plus, it is close to the ADO but you need to check first, if you go to ADO turista it will be far away, like 15 minutes walking and if you go to the other ADO terminal if will be just a few minutes.

WWondooPersonally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place.
Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

ไม่มีเหตุผลที่จะไม่เลือกฮอทเทลนี้
แต่. ฉันชอบอ่านอย่างเงียบๆ โรงแรมนี้ไม่เหมาะกับคนนอนไม่หลับ

GGeidอยากจะแนะนําว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา ทําเลใจกลางเมืองมากใกล้กับถนนสายหลักและชายหาด ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก มีปัญหากับแรงดันน้ําในตอนแรก แต่พวกเขาแก้ไขในไม่กี่ชั่วโมง ระเบียงบนชั้นดาดฟ้าสวย สระว่ายน้ําไม่ใหญ่มาก และค่อนข้างสกปรก รวมอาหารเช้าเป็นตัวเลือกเดียวใน 4 จาน แต่อร่อย

Далеко от автостанции и от приличных пляжей .
Рядом пляж плохой и был очень плохой запах .
Сервис в отеле очень хороший все доброжелательные и приветливые помогали во всем . Сам номер большой и удобный .
Постель и полотенца пора заменить на новые уж сильно поношенные .
Цена порадовала отеля .
Но будте внимательно берут залог 1000 песо
И 50 песо за каждые сутки типо налога.

TtoposNice budget hotel. The rooms are dates of course, but the sheets seemed clean and the AC worked. Washrooms are a good size. The pool looked nice, though a little big for the space, we didn't use it because there are only 2 or 3 loungers for a huge hotel with 100 rooms. Probably our number one complaint. The staff didn't speak english and seemed quiet at first, but a little effort and a smile and they were quite nice and helpful in the end. Location is really good, and the restaurant nextdoor is good for lunch.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe room had a mold like smell the complete 3 days we were thee. Is was very bad on a rival as the air was off and there is no windows to open. Rooms are spacious and comfortable it is only the smell that made it bad. Staff should run the air the morning of rooms going to be occupied, it surely will help. Breakfast was good. allover good value for what we paid.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand
