We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, public transportation, and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations were very helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone visiting Rimini. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable—we would be happy to stay here again!

Struttura fronte mare camera essenziale buono il materasso con un bel topper molto pulita la stanza e devo dire anche la colazione non è male. Piccola pecca la silenziosità delle camere, non sono insonorizzate e un gruppetto di ragazzini è rientrato alle 3:30 facendo un bel chiasso in corridoio e una volta nelle stanze si sentiva il loro parlare.

I was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work. I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins. All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza.

The hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel. I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement. Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the place is pet-friendly. The location is great—close to the beach and nearby restaurants. They also offer a free breakfast, which was a wonderful bonus. I’m surprised it’s not more expensive considering how convenient it is and how close it is to local establishments. The service was truly worth more than what I paid for. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Нам сподобалося! ”+” До моря 5 хвилин пішки. Їжа смачна. Чисто. Прибирання номеру , заміна рушників кожного дня. ” - ” Вид з балкону на покинуту будівлю. Близько від залізничних колій ( чутно як їздять поїзди) В санвузлі не вистачає полички, гачка для речей. Кондиционер працює погано.

เช็คอินเร็วมาก! เพียงลงทะเบียนบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของคุณและ 2 ยูโร! ควรแขวนกุญแจห้องไว้ที่แผนกต้อนรับเมื่อออกไปข้างนอกและไม่สามารถนำออกไปได้ อาหารที่ฉันแพ็คจากร้านอาหารข้างนอกไม่สามารถใส่ในตู้เย็นที่แผนกต้อนรับได้ เก็บได้เฉพาะยาเท่านั้น มันเป็นกฎหมายและระเบียบ แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าสามารถช่วยให้อุ่นในไมโครเวฟในตอนเช้าได้ ห้องมีอากาศถ่ายเทได้ดี มีหน้าต่างและประตูสูงจากพื้นจรดเพดาน 2 บาน ยืนบนระเบียงเล็กๆ มองต้นไม้และถนนข้างนอกก็รู้สึกดี มีเก้าอี้และราวตากผ้าสามเส้น หลายคนกำลังดูผ้าเช็ดตัว ฉันคิดว่าฉันไปเล่นน้ำที่ชายหาด ห้องน้ำในห้องดี มีผ้าเช็ดเท้า ผ้าขนหนูผืนกลาง 2 ผืน และผ้าขนหนูผืนใหญ่ 1 ผืน ใช้คนเดียวก็ได้! ทีวีมีขนาดเล็ก ทั้งหมดเป็นภาษาอิตาลี มีบิสกิตฟรีสามชิ้นอยู่บนโต๊ะ โรงแรมแห่งนี้ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 6 นาทีจากเลขที่ 42 บนชายหาด มีโรงแรมสำหรับครอบครัวมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ทั้งหมดดูเหมือนจะเป็นสามดาว แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง บาร์เปิดตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และในตอนเย็นผู้คนจำนวนมากกำลังดื่มอยู่ด้านล่าง Wi-Fi ต้องใช้การลงทะเบียนอีเมล ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพมากในตอนกลางคืน ดูเหมือนว่าหลายคนใช้ Wi-Fi ในช่วงบ่ายและตอนเช้าซึ่งใช้งานไม่ง่าย! เช็คเอาท์ยังเร็วมาก!

Excellent location, helpful staff, they even changed my room to what I thought would be a more quiet one. Low price. And this is the problem, it attracts bottom of the market clientele. With no soundproofing, you hear everything and guests returning to their room at 2an acting as if it was 2pm won't cut it. My pet hate was having to listen to other quests urinating. Bathrooms are private, the noises are shared. I will pay more next time, promise.
