This is a newly renovated place with two bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen area. The rooms are simply and warmly decorated, spacious, and well laid out. There's a small fridge and a TV, the AC heats and cools really well, and the shower has great water pressure and hot water (perfect for those who hate being cold). We booked the room with a large terrace and stayed 4 nights — it was super comfortable. It's in a clean, quiet neighborhood. It's an 8-minute walk to the metro station, and just one stop to the train station. Very convenient. There's a small supermarket nearby and a delicious pizza place that's open until 10pm — we bought a pizza almost every night. (The host recommended it too!) The host is super friendly and gave us great tips on what to do and eat in Naples, plus some helpful suggestions based on our itinerary. They were also always available on the app to communicate and help us out. If I ever come back to Naples, I'd definitely stay here again. This place and the host left me with wonderful memories!

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

I'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated! I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

Hotel Cineholiday was clean and very well located, only a few metres from Piazza Garibaldi and within easy walking distance of Napoli Centrale. The cinema-themed décor is fun and distinctive, while the room itself still felt modern and well maintained. The effective air conditioning and blackout shades were particularly welcome during the summer heat. The location was extremely convenient for exploring both Naples and the surrounding area. Napoli Centrale and the Circumvesuviana were close by, making it easy to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii and Sorrento. The hotel is also near one end of Via dei Tribunali and within walking distance of the famous L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele. Prospective guests should be aware that the hotel is situated within a typically busy and noisy Naples city block. This is no fault of the hotel, but anyone who requires complete quiet to sleep may prefer a different area. The immediate street is also one of the city’s grittier streets, although by no means the worst around Piazza Garibaldi. Naples is a lively, characterful and uniquely charming city, but it is not always polished. One minor gripe was being asked to pay an additional €2 fee to settle the city tax by card, which felt unnecessary and is something I have not encountered in my years of travelling around Europe. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable and exceptionally convenient base from which to explore Naples and the wider region.

Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.

В номере чисто, но мы просили 2 одеяла - на просьбу не среагировали. Завтрак - нельзя назвать завтраком, печеньки, сок и капсульный кофе, иногда 1 капсулу и 1 сок, иногда 2 на 2 гостей. Нет Утюга, это очень странно. Попросили оставить багаж, хозяйка сказала хорошо. По факту у нас за это просили 5 евро, но заранее об этом не предупредила.

Dit is een ideaal hotel als je dicht bij de car rental en de airport wilt zitten. Voor de accommodatie of gezellige locatie hoef je het niet te doen (geen 4* die staan aangegeven). Ik moest om 03.30 opstaan voor mijn vlucht en dat is het prima. Gewoon lopend naar de airport is fijn. Het hotel is oud en gedateerd, Het is nog lang rumoerig buiten en schilderijen trillen soms aan de muur. Don't expect to much and then it is OK.

I was a bit adamant about booking a room in this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I decided to book anyways and I'm glad I did. The hotel is within walking-distance from the city centre and the train station, which is great. The room was spacious enough and it even had a minifridge, which came in handy. The afternoon hotel clerk is super helpful and polite. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria next door and it is good enough (hot beverage + pastry).
