The “hotel” isn’t exactly a hotel. It’s in an apartment/residential building (1st floor from ground level - I’d call this the 2nd floor, but they would disagree here). I was a bit disappointed when I wanted to bring my bags a couple hours before check-in so I could walk around the city. Hotels are usually good about this; however, the “front desk person” for this “hotel” comes by appointment. Again, this isn’t a hotel, even though it’s advertised to be. I found out that you need to give them 48 hours notice if you plan to come by earlier (I didn’t see this information anywhere prior to check-in). Overall, the space was clean, spacious and cool (the AC was the best part). The bathroom is modern and quite nice. The noise level was a bit much, as the room faces the street. Also, I had really hoped to use the laundry services (for additional charge) as shown on the Trip.com listing but again, I was told at check-in that I needed to give 48 hours notice for this, and that it’s not something they offer anyway. The front desk person told me there is a laundry mat near by (four minute walk, make sure to have coins). I’m being completely transparent in this review, not to be a ****, but to be informative. I felt a bit misled, so please, if you have any special requests, make sure to share those with the front desk 48 HOURS BEFORE check-in. You can ring the doorbell (labeled “Casa Alessandrini”) outside the building all you want, but no one will come to let you in unless they are there. 👍

Ho soggiornato presso Residenza Ariosto Depandance by Studio Vita a Bologna, e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e vicina alle principali attrazioni, ai ristoranti e ai negozi — una posizione davvero ideale per visitare la città. L’appartamento era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina con utensili, frigorifero, microonde e una zona pranzo comoda. Lo spazio non è enorme, ma perfettamente adeguato per una coppia o un soggiorno breve. L’ambiente è silenzioso e accogliente, e ci si sente come a casa. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove mangiare. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben gestito, anche a distanza. Unico piccolo inconveniente: l’edificio non ha l’ascensore, quindi può essere un po’ scomodo con bagagli pesanti, ma nel complesso non ha rovinato l’esperienza. In sintesi, Residenza Ariosto Depandance è una scelta perfetta per chi desidera vivere Bologna in modo autentico, con la libertà e il comfort di un appartamento nel cuore della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Прекрасный апарты, душевный ьаоуоечик, приветственные вода, кофейные капсулы. Достаточное кол-во посуды и приборов. Цена качество отличное. Легко найти по инструкции удалённого чек ина. Но вот регистрация для городского налога утомительная, хоть бы распознание данных паспорта бы работало, а то уходит час на семью, в дороге это напрягает

Single rooms with single bed, but the room doesn't feel too small because of high ceiling and large window. Basic but very clean. Good value. Breakfast is lovely.

We traveled as a group of three and stayed only one night in the apart hotel. We had some problems with entering the building (actual living house) cause of the system of check in: you need to call a number to open the door for the hall which was inconvenient for us because we didn’t buy the Italian SIM card. The room was clean and there were everything we needed

Рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Тепло и комфортно, но в номере не работала розетка и сломана полка. Так же не было ключа, пришлось каждый раз пользоваться электронным доступом, что было проблемой при отсутствии интернета

B&B without breakfast, super convenient to public transportations to most attractions and train station. Super friendly staff! BUT it’s super noisy from Main Street, the place is opposite Bologna’s main hospital, and the walls are super thin…I hear my neighbors conversations, sneeze, cough, etc. WiFi was unreliable. Gotta ask B&B staff to set up TV. Two nights without bath towels replacement, I got one body towel and one facial/hair towel for a triple room. Bring high quality earplugs with you…it’s worse than Manhattan. RATTURIA ”IL GUSTO DEL TEMPO” Nearby is amazing!

Хороший номер, чисто, современная сантехника, мощные розетки, кофеварка с капсулами, хорошая кровать. Огромное удовольствие находится в таком номере. Однако звукоизоляции ноль, слышно как в соседнем номере щелкают выключателем. Номер расположен в центре города, рядом с вокзалом. Этим обусловлены плюсы и минусы. Очень шумно с улицы, до 3х ночи слышна музыка. И ещё особенность этой гостиницы, что ресепшен и номера территориально разделены. Для меня оказался квест, чтобы попасть в номер. Все таки какой то консьерж необходим. В целом рекомендую.

The staff at the Hotel are ver nice and kind. The breakfast was good and it had different choices to pick from. Although everything was very clean and neat, the hotel had its last renovation probably in the 2000’s, and you can tell. The lobby is very sad and it gives you a weird vibe. The wallpaper on our room was loose, and the celling our bathroom was breaking. We also noticed a towel blocking some of the cold getting in in one of the emergency doors, instead of fixing it. Although we had a minibar in our from, the door was missing (on the furniture part, not the actual fridge) , the curtains and over all decoration felt VERY DATED. It has a good woodwork, it just needs an urgent upgrade!

Questo hotel è ben ubicato, zona abbastanza centrale e ben collegato ai vari servizi. Buona l'accoglienza in reception, io ho usufruito della colazione e mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso il servizio, un buffet ricco e variegato che ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie esigenze, colazione buonissima e gentilissime anche le cameriere. L'unico ”difetto” è la scarsa attenzione alla pulizia, ho trovato polvere ovunque, il bagno che all'entrata aveva un cattivo odore proveniente dalla doccia. Nonostante ciò credo che ho avuto un buon servizio per il prezzo per la quale ho pagato
