Отель снимали на 3 ночи , оплатили 9600 . Заезд был поздний. Номер 409 нам достался. Вошли за шторами светятся пирамиды!!! Супер , мы счастливы! Начитавшись отзывов к другим отелям , где много положительных и отрицательных переживали, что б не поселили нас в Стафф-онли))… но все прошло благополучно!)  Кровати удобные большие , подушки ортопедические. Вся мебель чистая , новая . В номере находиться приятно.  Если отметить минусы , то все же нужно протирать пыль перед заездом гостей. Пол в номере был грязноват , балкон весь в пыли…  Завтрак не шведский стол, а сэт на выбор. Съедобно. Опять же с видом на пирамиды ( но окна они мыть не любят - это уже мы поняли)  Ну и то что курят везде - это не приятно . Номер сам не прокурен, но вот во время завтрака сотрудники курили прям в помещении где готовят (((( … пованивало , не приятно.  Для тех кто соберется приехать в этот отель , и будет искать где покушать. Рядом с главным входом ( через пару магазинов, правее от входа ) есть очень приятный ресторанчик ( название зелеными буквами написано) - ну очень чисто , вкусно , сытно , НО В МЕНЮМЦЕНЫ БЕЗ НДС И + берут сервисный сбор 12% от чека ☝️ Вид из номера на пирамиды был лучше чем вид из смотровой  нового музея . Кстати музей в одну сторону, пирамиды в другую сторону от отеля, примерно одинаково по отдаленности. Цена такси 60-75 фаундов- убер  Видео подгрузить не удается сюда. Отдельных фото по номеру нет. Но в жизни все было, как на фото в профиле

Our junior suite was perfect for two – spacious enough to unwind after a day of exploring, with all the comforts you'd want. But the real highlight? That rooftop breakfast terrace! Sipping coffee while gazing at the two massive pyramids looming in the morning light felt like a scene from a history book come to life. And the WiFi? Rock-solid throughout the hotel – a lifesaver for uploading all those epic photos and staying connected. What truly elevated this trip was the team, led by the incredible owner, Mohamed. He's got this genuine warmth that's rare in hospitality – like chatting with a knowledgeable friend. He hooked us up with insider tips on the best ride-sharing apps to navigate Cairo's wild traffic, spot-on restaurant recs nearby, and even curated a day tour that blew us away. The price was super reasonable, and our guide, Mo Karam, was an absolute standout. Thoughtful, packed with Egyptian history knowledge, and brimming with passion – he fielded my endless questions (seriously, a million of them!) with patience and extra stories that made the sites come alive. Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! Then there's Mo, who brews Turkish coffee that's honestly better than anything I tried at local cafes. And the chef? She's a quiet force of kindness – doesn't speak much English, but her caring energy shines through in every meal. The whole staff is like that: friendly, chatty, and eager to help with whatever's on your mind, from hidden gems to quick translations. This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

This was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful. The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room) The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too. The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness. I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people. The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask. The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather. Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new. Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

This is an excellent guesthouse. The staff are extremely welcoming and even helped us carry our luggage. Everything was fantastic, and its prime location is just a stone's throw from the pyramids.

超出預想的一家酒店。 位置很好，下樓50米就是金字塔景區入口，在一眾破破爛爛的旅館中，貌似是附近唯一一家乾淨整潔看起來高大上酒店。非常乾淨和整潔，服務態度好，房間也不錯，達到了國內全季的標準。金字塔景房，開窗就能看見金字塔。頂樓是餐廳，直接看金字塔景區。早餐也很豐富，雖然都是西餐，烤茄子很好吃。幾乎沒有缺點，非要説一點的話，頂樓的餐廳物價不便宜，隨便看了一下很多道菜七八十人民幣。還好附近就有肯德基必勝客。

เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการชมพีระมิดเป็นอย่างยิ่ง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีบริการรถรับ-ส่งจาก KFC ที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ ทำให้ที่นี่เป็นทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม ถึงแม้ว่าฉันจะมาถึงหลังตีหนึ่ง แต่การเช็คอินก็ราบรื่น ห้องน้ำและเตียงนอนก็นุ่มสบาย ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือฉันได้ทานอาหารเช้าบนดาดฟ้าของโรงแรมพลางชมวิวพีระมิดไปด้วย

Взяли номер с балконом. Нам сразу же предложили другой номер, на крыше с небольшим окном. Мы отказались и ночью пожалели, было очень шумно. На следующий день переехали в номер 802. Удобные кровати, на крыше номер был чистым. Просите заранее, чтобы вас поселили в номерах на крыше. На ресепшен Ая нам порекомендовала ужин на пароходе. Мы согласились. Получили удовольствие. Нас отвезли, встретили с лодки и отвезли назад. У бассейна и на террасе можно сделать классные фото на фоне пирамид. Рекомендую данный отель, если вы приехали посетить пирамиды и новый музей. Отзывчивый персонал, помогли организовать сюрприз для друга в честь его дня рождения.

เรามาถึงเกือบเที่ยงคืน ผู้จัดการเริ่มโน้มน้าวให้เราทันทีเพื่อชื่นชมห้องพักให้กับครอบครัวพร้อมวิวปิรามิด ทุกอย่างเข้าไปรวมถึงแม้ห้องที่เราจองยังไม่พร้อม เที่ยงคืนไหม :))) โดยทั่วไปแล้วพวกเขาตกลง 500 ปอนด์ต่อคืน สุดท้ายห้องไม่จําเป็นต้องใหญ่ ทุกอย่างต้องอัพเกรด แรงดันน้ําอ่อนมาก การซักเป็นปัญหา ความสวยและผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาดไม่มากก็น้อย อาหารเช้าเป็นเพียงความสยองขวัญ คุณจะให้บริการอาหารเช้าโดยไม่ให้บริการชาหรือกาแฟได้อย่างไร??? !!! เป็นประเทศที่ 46 ที่เราไปเยี่ยมชม และอาจเป็นโรงแรม 1,000 ที่เราพัก และเราเผชิญหน้ากับสิ่งนี้เป็นครั้งแรก ไร้สาระ!

Good value and big room for the price. Room even had heater and artwork. Nice breakfast free. Good location. For a backpacker I am really satisfied. The location was in a nice area near the Nile river. Thank you.
