Had a very good stay at Sheraton Cairo. Room was very good for a family of 3. Breakfast was very good and overall service from staff was amazing. Location is good but it is very busy surrounding area so you can hear traffic noise etc.

Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! Then there's Mo, who brews Turkish coffee that's honestly better than anything I tried at local cafes. And the chef? She's a quiet force of kindness – doesn't speak much English, but her caring energy shines through in every meal. This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

This was my third stay at Pyramid Front Hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The hotel continues to impress with its amazing location and stunning view of the Pyramids, as well as clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Hany for his exceptional service and genuine hospitality. He always makes sure everything is perfect and truly makes guests feel at home. I highly recommend Pyramid Front Hotel to anyone visiting Giza. After three stays, it’s clear that this hotel is my first choice, and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Everything is satisfying, Especially Mrs. Amany, the receptionist, For her help in check-in all the time when going there and to all restaurant staff. Other than that the only two problems are that room 503's room key is very tiring to open the door because it is broken and has been re-soldered and also the bathroom exhaust fan cover is not well secured and has fallen off more than once
