MMochizbunnyzLocation: The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage. Cleanliness: The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc. Service: The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room. Amenities: The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series. Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

SSim Thiam ChyeExtremely warm and friendly staff. Special mentioned about 小董 who used her own phone to ordered some medicine that I need around midnight. At first she refused to accept the reimbursement. My wife had to convince her the next morning. She asked her manager to witness the reimbursement. Location has amenities nearby - restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacy, cake shops. Laundry and Dry are free to use. Steam iron also included. Rooms are big. Breakfast has good range. Not fantastic but surely value for money. One feedback- the sub-title gives the impression that the hotel is next to Yangzhou East Station. It is about 15mins away. At first I felt deceived by hotel. But I was glad that it is not located besides the train station as there's hardly any facilities around

LLheaห้องพักในโรงแรมดูใหม่และดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็โอเค ปัญหาเดียวคือทำเลที่ตั้ง มันค่อนข้างไกลจากทางรถไฟดังนั้นคุณต้องนั่งรถซึ่งมีราคา 70 หยวน หรือถ้าคุณต้องการนั่งรถบัสก็จะใช้เวลา 2 ชั่วโมงเพื่อไปถึงโรงแรม แม้ว่าห้องจะไม่เก็บเสียง คุณจะได้ยินเสียงคนในห้องอื่นคุยกันและมีเด็กทารกร้องไห้ตอนกลางคืนและคุณนอนไม่หลับ นอกจากนี้ห้องน้ำคุณยังได้ยินเสียงน้ำหยด แต่ไม่ใช่ก๊อกน้ำที่ทำเสียง แต่เป็นการระบายน้ำที่ฉันเดา ดีทุกอย่างแต่ต้องปรับปรุงประเด็นเหล่านี้

UUntamedFootprintsThe lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

ผผู้เข้าพัก這次入住真的被狠狠圈粉，整體體驗感直接拉滿！酒店是智能家居，而且床底和馬桶下面有感應燈帶，晚上起夜的時候自動亮，特別喜歡這種設計，上廁所的時候也不至於太扎眼睛。房間的設計簡約又温馨，暖調的燈光搭配温潤的木質地板，氛圍感特別治癒，房間佈局合理，洗漱區整潔明亮，細節處盡顯用心，住着特別舒心。以及必須重點誇誇前台服務的陳晨小姐姐！辦理入住時全程熱情又高效，笑容特別有親和力，耐心解答我的各種疑問幫我拿水喝，還貼心推薦了周邊的好去處，告訴我高郵有哪裡好玩的，全程溝通特別舒服，讓人倍感温暖。後續有任何需求，響應也特別及時，服務細緻周到，專業度滿分！！！

ผผู้เข้าพักDisappointing Stay at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse I recently stayed at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse in Yangzhou and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had significant temperature issues—it was too hot near the ceiling but uncomfortably cold near the floor, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was poorly designed, causing water to splash everywhere when using the faucet. The service was another letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, despite paying a deposit, I had to repeatedly ask for it to be returned, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend this guesthouse based on my experience. There are clear areas for improvement, especially in terms of room comfort and customer service.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location of the hotel is great, very close to the old town center and right next to the small crook in town, connecting lots of very cute coffee shops and cool bars. Very convenient! It's next to a large road but the noise was not too much. The service was outstanding! The staff was so helpful in giving advice on how to best get to sightseeing spots and went above and beyond with any issues I had. Truly outstanding! Unfortunately the room was a bit dirty. I'm not sure if anyone ever cleaned underneath the sink. The rest of the room was fine though.
