Best location in Wuma street and center of Wenzhou. Hotel Service is excellent. Very polite and helpful reception girls, ready to serve for guests. Also, great thanks for free massage chairs and leg massagers in the room. Electronic showers and toilets. Gifts and breakfasts, free coffee and teas are very delicious. Recommend and will come definitely with my family again

Hotel location is pretty and it's brand new with a view towards the park. However the service is not what I would have expected considering the price. It promises fruit but there was none and also there is no laundry room which is very inconvenient if you plan on staying longer. The room is nice and spacious however the the couch is not comfortable as you cannot lean back and it’s just a pillow on a wooden plank. The shower and toilet are very nice and so are the soaps and shampoos, lovely smell! Another issue we experienced was that it could not get completely dark, the light of the toilet and the light on the mirror could not be dimmed/turned off which was very bothersome as it shines right into the sleeping area. The daily cleaning service was also not great, they barely did anything at all in the room to freshen up, not even straighten the bedsheets which I would have expected for this price. Overall I might give it another shot if they do get a laundry room but this time was not the best.

What a fanstastic experience overall, well done Ibis Styles Longwan Team! From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou. The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for. The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine! Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis). They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators. Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection! The room was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was made to order, offering personalized meals each morning. The location is another highlight. It’s just a short walk to Nantang Market, making it convenient to explore the local area. Taking a stroll by the river was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, with beautiful views to take in. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was both peaceful and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay with easy access to local attractions.
