ผผู้เข้าพักDuring our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

首先房間裝修的特別好看，用心，設計得非常有品位。床、地毯、燈…都很好看。就房間裏的連燒水壺都是摩飛的，還有加濕器香氛等等。馬桶是自動加熱的，很棒。
整個院子很安靜，中間有一個魚塘，然後還有兩個茶室，很愜意。
廚房有兩個咖啡機，咖啡很好喝。早餐的種類也很多，蒸雞蛋特別好吃，阿姨也很好，熱心。
酒店還有接機和送機服務，特別省心，老闆也很熱情。酒店的位置也挺好的，去哪都比較方便。總的來説，這次住的特別的開心，滿意。如果以後再來騰沖，還會選擇這裏。

YYoo agWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special.
The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing.
We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

ผผู้เข้าพักBeautiful outdoor private hotspring! Exceptional service from superhost, Susu! She and her team went out of the way to accommodate my family of 4 to make our stay at Tengchong memorable! On the last night, she brought us to the store after hearing that we had no time to shop. The next morning, she woke up before 6am to prepare and pack breakfast for us so that we could reach the train station early to avoid the traffic jam due to the Marathon event. The driver whom she had recommended, Mr Yang was also super responsible even if it meant having to work overtime! All the local food that he recommended and food made by Susu and team were genuinely delicious!

ผผู้เข้าพักOn the day I arrived, it was raining. The taxi driver dropped me off at the Heshun village entrance gate, as cars cannot get in the village. I then called the Hostel and asked to be picked up at the entrance (this is a standard service for all the hostels inside the village), which was 10 min away by walk. The receptionist said ”they didnt have any transportation method” to pick me up, asked me to walk. When I politely told her that I am a person coming from another country (despite being able to speak chinese), also I was carrying a 20kg suitcase and a backpack, she said ”it'll be okay since you will be walking downhill”. This was a very rude and surprising response. In the end, she called me back but I was already halfway there. I am giving 2/5 for service because the breakfast was decent. The altitude of the receptionist is unacceptable and almost ruined my experience.

LLondonChrisI stayed in a suite of rooms facing South on the fourth floor in this hotel, which is a ten minute's walk from the bus station. Sofa and television in a separate living room, but it was cold, and had no heater. Comfortable chair in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom did have a heater. The rooms had no view to speak of, as any view there may have been was blocked by tall trees.
Tengchong spans a few miles from north to south, and aside from the well known tourist spots, there is a pleasant park at the town's north end, with a lake and view of a former active volcano
