We stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay. - Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english; - Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok. - Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there. - Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice. - Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time. - Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working. You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

What I most loved about staying at Salutan Apartments was how they made me feel so welcome from day one and as we got to know each other it got even better. I felt almost like family by the time I left. When I needed something it was always forthcoming asap without question even when it was my fault for not recognizing the garbage bags they had in a tidy black roll behind the sink! Duh they must have wondered why this old lady needed so many garbage bags but they cheerfully supplied them. By the time I left I loved these people!

หลังจากพักคืนแรกแล้วรู้สึกประทับใจมาก เลยตัดสินใจจองเพิ่มอีกคืนทันที เพราะนอนหลับสบายสุดๆ ห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำรวมก็สะอาดมากๆ แอร์ก็เย็นฉ่ำดี ทำให้พักผ่อนได้อย่างสบาย กลางวันสามารถพักผ่อนได้เต็มที่ ส่วนกลางคืนก็ออกไปเดินเล่นได้สบายๆ

เจ้าของพูดภาษาจีนได้ เป็นกันเองมาก โรงแรมราคาประหยัดมาก เช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ได้ในราคาเพียง 120,000 VND เท่านั้น ขี่เลียบชายฝั่งก็เยี่ยมมาก

A Hidden Treasure in Da Nang! Let me start by saying this: I have traveled all over Southeast Asia, and I have NEVER found a better value for my money than at Orchide'es Ocean Hotel. Paying only $7 per night, my expectations were low, but I was blown away from the moment I walked in. First Impression: The lobby is small but modern and sparkling clean. The staff greeted me with huge smiles and were so helpful, even at 11 AM for my early check-in. They instantly made me feel welcome. The Room: SPOTLESS! This is the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in for ANY price, let alone $7. The floors shine, the bathroom is immaculate, the bedsheets are crisp and white, and there isn't a speck of dust anywhere. It’s clear the management takes immense pride in their property. The air conditioning is powerful and cold—a lifesaver in the Da Nang heat. The Wi-Fi is also super fast and reliable. Location & Amenities: You are just a short walk from the famous My Khe Beach! Waking up and walking to the sand for sunrise was a daily ritual. They also have a really nice swimming pool on the rooftop or in a courtyard (depending on the building) that is perfect for a refreshing dip. For the price, having a pool feels like an incredible luxury. The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Da Nang that DOES NOT feel budget, STOP LOOKING AND BOOK HERE. You will save so much money on your accommodation that you can treat yourself to more amazing food, tours, and experiences. I ended up extending my stay twice because it was just too good to leave. This isn't just a hotel; it's the discovery of a lifetime for any smart traveler. Would I recommend it? A thousand times, YES! Thank you, Orchide'es Ocean Hotel, for an amazing stay. I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay mainly because it's in a good location, so I booked again for this year. Compared to last year the place is very well used maintenance and repairs are forgotten about and the price is quite high now nearly double, it's in decline no improvements. It states the room will be cleaned Daily, but I arrived when Tet was on so no cleaning for 2 days, no water, or fresh towels for 2 days, it got cleaned on the Saturday but not the sunday, the following Saturday no cleaning again. I did talk with the front desk staff who said day off on Saturday and she doesn't want to pay extra money for staff public holiday wages for Tet. As with most cheaper buildings there's a lot of street noise 8 floors Up it's quite loud. And when the price is cheaper it's a cheap place can't complain but as they are pricing 800- 900k per night which is the same price as the better building across the street disappointment and fair value become an issue. There is only one drain between the toilet and shower meaning the whole floor fills up with water from the shower and stays wet all day. The air conditioning is new but the filter is dirty, yes my towel and linen were very worn as per the photo. I will not be Returning here again.
