공항이랑 가까워서 너무 좋구요 가격도 굿~ 청결하고 서비스 굿~입니다~ 대만족입니다~ 웰컴드링크/과일등 먹을수 있구요~ 24시간 커피는 제공됩니다~ 조식도 간단하고 좋고 일찍시작해서 좋아요~ 침대 또한 편하고 화장실도 넓고 좋습니다~ 다시 방문하고 싶어요~ ❤️❤️🙏👍 It's close to the airport, so it's great, and the price is good~ It's clean and the service is good~ I'm very satisfied~ You can eat welcome drinks/fruits, etc. Coffee is provided 24 hours a day~ Breakfast is simple and good, and it‘s good that it starts early~ The bed is also comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and good~ I want to visit again~❤️❤️🙏👍

It’s very convenient for walking around downtown and Nob Hill. Both the bathroom and the private room were tidy and clean. Staff was really supportive. The only thing I was disappointed with was the amenities—there was only shampoo available in the shower, with no body soap or conditioner.

เราบินเข้ามาจากฮาวาย เที่ยวบินของเราล่าช้า 3 ชั่วโมง เราจึงมาถึงโรงแรมตอนตี 4 หญิงสาวที่เคาน์เตอร์เดินไปทางข้างนอกและเห็นเราเข้าโรงแรมพร้อมกระเป๋าเดินทางโดยไม่พูดอะไรสักคํา เราคิดว่าเธอถูกก้าวออกมาเพียงเล็กน้อย และ รอในล็อบบี้ แต่เธอหายตัวไป! มีชายอีกคนหนึ่งอยู่ในล็อบบี้ที่เขาพยายามช่วยเราหาเธอแต่ไม่มีโชค เราเหนื่อยมากและรอที่ล็อบบี้เป็นเวลาครึ่งชั่วโมง ในที่สุดเธอก็เข้ามาและให้กุญแจห้องแก่เรา ใช้เวลาเพียง 2 นาทีเท่านั้น ถ้ามันง่ายขนาดนั้น ทําไมไม่แค่ยื่นกุญแจให้เราเมื่อมาถึง เราพยายามโทรหา แต่โทรศัพท์ดังตรงหน้าเราที่เคาน์เตอร์ไม่มีคนอยู่ข้างใน น่าผิดหวังมากมาก

Overall , the facility is clean and the staff friendly I have issues 2 issues. First..as a female solo traveler, I am always concerned about safety. In this case, my room key didn’t work so I went to the front desk and told them. I had never seen that clerk. I said my key didn’t work and he said “room #” and he fixed it. No checks of anything. Didn’t ask my name…didn’t verify my room. The other issue is the smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room from the “designated smoking area” right outside the hotel entrance and directly below my room. Window air conditioner pulled the smoke right in.

房間塵蟎灰塵多，冰箱有點奇怪味道，進房門的門鎖還壞掉，臨時換去另外一間但品質很不好，晚上睡覺全身癢癢的，被單也黃黃的

スタッフの方々がとても優しいです。部屋もとても清潔でした！ヘアドライヤーが部屋に置いてなくて、スタッフに伝えたらすぐ出してくれました。朝の軽食もありとても快適に過ごすことができました。

The staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them
