Staff is really nice and helpful room service is good good quality of food and prices is normal i recently stayed at prabhu palace and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was excellent, right in the heart of nagar, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. However, there were some drawbacks. The room, although clean, felt a bit dated and lacked modern amenities. The wi-fi was slow and inconsistent, which was frustrating for both work and leisure. Rooms are very crumpy. Carpet area is only 100 sq ft against as mentioned 200 sq ft in booking portal. Rooms are not clean furniture is also rustic. Intercom was not working soap facility was not provided
