The hotel provided a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The room was spacious with all the essentials, and housekeeping did a great job. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. I’d definitely recommend it for both short and extended stays.The best hotel I stayed in in Hainan.

The boss, Anthony, is very friendly, interesting guy, knowledgeable in local culture. Interesting to exchange views, both local and international. Good location, near to the main old commercial area, give you a feel of the local life. The small cushion needs to have changeable cover because it smell of cigarette.

這是我和朋友第一次來海南，來之前在網上做的攻略説博鰲好玩又好看，温度20-25度，所以下了飛機之後我們就租了一輛車直奔網上推薦的一禾雲漫這邊，主要看中住在這附近，都是好吃的，旁邊就是美食街，離海的故事也很近，離海邊300米，每週六晚上海的故事19：30-21：30還有煙花哎，還有篝火和音樂會，啊啊啊位置簡直太棒啦，沒想到進了民宿之後，房間好乾凈呀，床也很舒服！誠不欺我，在民宿大廳拍照居然也很出片，哈哈哈哈是我喜歡的！已經強烈安利給朋友，下次還來 😆

Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea

酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜，離主街道很近，酒店外面路側停車非常方便，且不收費，酒店前台裝修風格非常有型，酒店特色鮮明。前台服務員業務水平非常到位，細心解答客人的問題。客房面積中規中矩，設施設備簡明實用。巨幕投影儀非常實用，使用方便快捷。寢具乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味。酒店可提供簡單的早餐。性價比很高，值得推薦。贊。

Located at tanmen area, near to the restaurant which u can enjoy sunrise and beach. You can also walk or take a minutes ride to the seafood street. Is about 30mins away from the Qionghai main city. Service is okay you can request from the front counter.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we deeply appreciate her kindness. 这家酒店让我们留下了非常美好的回忆。房间可以看到漂亮的海景，位置也很方便，靠近镇上，附近有很多餐厅。我们很荣幸成为他们全新艺术设计房的第一批客人，房间舒适又有特色。 这次旅行对我们来说意义非凡，因为我们是带着有限的线索来寻找失散多年的亲人。非常感谢老板娘的热心帮助，她不仅帮我们打听，还亲自开车带我们到村里去寻找。在她的热情和善意支持下，我们终于找到了亲人。我们对她充满感激，这次的入住体验令人难忘。

衝著投影和智能客控定的 投影不錯，挺大的，看的還是很舒服的 但是智能客控改不了空調，而且調空調的設備在門口，衹能手動去調，很麻煩，沒發揮智能客控的優勢 一進房間就有兩衹蟲子在飛，而且也趕不出去，直到退房的時候都還在，雖然有配電蚊香，但是沒起多大作用 床頭的靠背好臟，而且圓椅也被燙壞了，衞生間一股味，開了通風也沒用，而且沐浴露洗髮水沒了也沒有及時補充 隔音太差，半夜被門外的動靜吵醒，而且太潮了，第二天衣服都潮了

The staff is really kind even if they do not speak English. The room (a suite) was of the right dimension, it even had two in suite bathrooms (both of them without a window). Also in one of the bedrooms (the one with the single bed) there was no window. The smaller bathroom stinks a little bit. In the room it was not provided free water nor big towels for the shower. On the balcony (facing an indoor lot) there was a place to hang the laundry. Really nearby the beaches and to the street with restaurants.
