Very helpful staff. Amazing location to the airport especially with the regular shuttle bus. Pleasant stay

Hotel is very close to the airport, but note that the hotel shuttle is 4 pounds (what happened to the days of this service being free? 😭). Staff was a bit of a mixed bag. I was checked in by a rather miserable person, but check-out was polite and friendly. My room said a king bed, but I don't know if UK bed sizes are different, but it was more like a double. Room appeared clean, but I did find some hairs in the sheets that didn't belong to me and one of my pillows looked a little suspect. Fine stay for just a night when you need to be near the airport. Vegan options available for meals, although I didn't eat at the hotel.

It’s a very good service. I easily could get the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The lady from the reception helped me with the bus schedule.

Just the wifi is very weak, others are fine. Comfortable stay with a M&S nearby.

Great hotel, very clean and close to the airport with a bus shuttle service. Had everything one could need for a short stay. Window didn't open but there is a very good air conditioning system to help with that along with constant fresh air in the room. Had USB charging sockets which is good for international travellers who may not have an adaptor.

just value as much as the price. no sufficient amenities which is kinda ..

Perfect location for the airport. Bus takes you right to the door step. Busy at if you like having drinks with friends. Small M&S shop a few minutes walk from hotel. Room clean, big and warm. Love taking a bath then you will love it here. Happy start

One night stay So far so good. Good for airport transfer and a good sleep

Standard Premier Inn hotel, near to the airport. Appeared to be plenty of parking, we used the £4 shuttle bus to/from the airport. Room was air-conditioned, tv was tiny but the room itself was large. Would happily return.

The check-in process is very smooth and the room is very clean. I booked a room with a double bed, but they upgraded me to a bigger room with 3 beds.

Hotel is nice, shuttle is available from the airport. Breakfast is perfect, room is spacious, not noisy

Reception staffs are horribly rude, unhelpful and unresponsive to the customers. I will never go to premier Inn again.🙁
