My spa experience was amazing. I had a seventy-minute Cretan massage and today a forty-minute broad massage. The spa is clean and quiet. Maria was kind and friendly. I enjoyed her massage very much. the hotel is clean and with many flowers and gardens. The food is excellent and tasty!!! Thank you for everything

We stayed at this hotel from May 6th to May 16th. We had a pleasant time, but this is certainly not a 5-star hotel. + Positives: 1.⁠ ⁠Location: The location of this hotel is perfect for someone who wants to relax and also be able to walk to a nearby city. Just outside of the hotel is Stalis with many restaurants, cafes, pubs, etc. It's a great option for someone who wants to stay at a resort but doesn't want to take a taxi everytime he wants to go out. 2.⁠ ⁠Service: The service of the team in the main restaurant is fabulous. They are all very nice and looking to help. The supervisors who are always checking to see that everything is functioning well are extremely nice. The chef is also very nice. 3.⁠ ⁠The Rooms: We received a nice ground floor room overlooking the pool. The room is well designed and spacious enough for everything you need. The shower and bathroom are also modern and well functioning. •⁠ ⁠Negatives: 1.⁠ ⁠Attention to detail: We came here to celebrate our anniversary. When we mentioned this during our booking process, I emailed the front office manager (Mrs. Konsolaki) and she even asked to know when our anniversary is, and I replied with the date. We didn't come with expectations, but even a letter with a blessing or anything would have been nice. We received NOTHING on our anniversary day. I don't need anything, but this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. How do you not put a letter or a balloon or something just to show that you are aware that it is our anniversary day? Luckily, during our evening dinner, one of the managers spoke to us and we told him its our anniversary today and he was shocked that we didn't receive anything, so he quickly made the chef bring us a small cake during dinner. This was nice of him to do. 2.⁠ ⁠Ants in the room: The rooms unfortunately have plenty of ants that come from outside the door. We realized this only in our 3rd day, and didn't want to start dealing with moving rooms or chemicals in our room, so we just lived with it. This has to be addressed and fixed. 3.⁠ ⁠The buffet: The food is fresh and generally tasty, but the variety is quite limited. I've been to many hotels in my lifetime, and most 4 -star hotels have 3-4x the variety of food that Blue Sea Beach has. They don't have much space to add more variety, which I can understand, but this is not our problem. Also, many of the dishes are not labeled, so you have no idea what you are taking. One dish was labeled 'Noodles with vegetables' and had chicken inside. This is not a problem for me, but could be an issue for a vegetarian. 4.⁠ ⁠Entertainment: The entertainment was very limited. Every evening there was a show at 9pm, but most of them were lousy. The only good show was that of 'RDR Extreme live Trio' on Mondays, all of the rest weren't interesting. 5.⁠ ⁠Kids club: We came with our 2-year old daughter and expected a nice kids club, but there wasn't anyone there to interact with the kids. We had a great week at the Blue Sea Beach Hotel, everything was perfect! The hygiene at the Hotel was spotless, the rooms were clean and the resort itself was more then clean as well. The food was delicious at both the buffet and the a la cart restaurant. The buffet had different kinds of food every day and more than enough options to chose from. A lot of healthy options as well! The location of the resort, directly at the beach, made it possible to make long walks along the coast line which we really liked. Last, the staff was incredible and they made our week into a perfect one. We were welcomed with a smile daily by everyone. Special thanks to Eva, Eleni, Stella, Kostas, Rodger and Vaggelis for their great service and making this week unforgettable!

Will start with the Very good Very nice hotel with even nicer staff, Eva at the pool snack bar lady was so amazing; my wife is gluten intolerant so we asked if any of the snacks were gluten free, unfortunately not, but Eva suggested that she could get some gluten free bread and make her a Gyros style sandwich, we had one almost every day for lunch, Eva always had a smile on her face and always greeted you so warmly, a real credit to the hotel. Now on to the Pool bar man Kostas, at first he looks a bit moody but once you get to know him he is a real friendly chap that makes jokes and makes super drinks, on our last day he really made me feel like he was going to miss us, once again a credit to the hotel Now on to the restaurant, once again due to my wife being gluten intolerant we were told to speak to the head chef so he could point out the foods she could safely eat, every day except the day he was off (the under chef did it that day) he came out and walked around the food telling here what it was and if she could eat it Breakfasts where the same story but this time it was Konstantina that sorted her out with food she could eat, event to the point of us turning up to eat and the food already being on the table waiting for us Now on to few negatives There are no large glasses for things like Gin and tonics (fish bowl glass), the small glasses makes them too strong in my opinion We had late flights (not the hotels fault)but we landed early Friday morning our holiday was Thursday to Thursday our pick up time to go back was 22:50 we had to check out at 11:00 in the morning , so we were without a room for over 10 hours, the hotel cut our all-inclusive bands off at 11:00 in the morning but did give us a ticket that said we had up to 18:00 still all-inclusive, that means we still had 5 hours at the hotel cut off from food and drinks unless we started to pay for them, due to our flight we lost a day at the hotel so seems a bit petty to cut you off, we did speak to the reception staff about this and they did allow us to go for dinner but it did say on the ticket no drinks, come on how much would it have cost to include a drink We would very much go back even with the few little issues we had as it is a nice place with super friendly staff, we will check before we book that you still have Eva and Kostas working there as they really made our holiday

The majority of staff are friendly, Giorgos at the main bar has been the best, and the woman at the snack bar makes great Gyros! The buffet food has been the biggest disappoin**ent and have no idea how a 5 star hotel can serve that, but with the good deal I paid wasn’t too shocked but still even the fancier restaurant wasn’t all edible. The room was lovely and facing the pool with great king size bed and amazing pillows. Cocktails which are included are good. The pool table costs €2 a game which is the main and only game they have which I think is expensive to be honest. For a relaxed a**osphere and if you get a good deal its been okay, but not worth it if you want to eat the food included

Lovely hotel, set out as little apar**ents spread across its large grounds. Several grassy areas, 3 pools near the bar area with sun loungers around. Beach literally over the promenade, a minute away. Great food, very friendly staff, ideal for families.

Great resort, well located but also good facilities. Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel breakfast and dinner buffers were good, good selection of meat and fish dishes and smaller selection of vegetarian ones. Has it's own beach though you have to pay extra for sunbeds and towel think 8EUR. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only minor gripes is that the 3 swimming pools were a little on the smaller side but fine. Also we had a family room for 4 but was a little on the smaller side but fine for a family with smaller children i.e. pre teens but fine for us. Would stay again

We were blessed with staying in the executive suite in this hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating if they tried. From start to finish they made our holiday amazing. I travelled with my friend who is vegetarian and the chef cooked her something special one evening when there wasn’t anything she could eat or liked at dinner. Constantina in the kitchen is beautiful and gave us the most amazing welcome. Unfortunately I forget the porters name who helped me with our bags but he has worked at the hotel for 30 years and never tires of guests requirements. Eva at the snack bar makes the best gyros! My daughter didn’t want to eat anything else. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and as a group of 5 we couldn’t have asked for much more - thanks for the complimentary wine as well, that went down a treat. Yammas!

From our arrival everything was perfect, Reception/Check in Staff were helpful and seemed genuinely happy to see you. Whilst the Pools and see are quite sensational the heart of this resort lie in the Main Bar with George and his Staff always happy to serve you with another drink, the range covers more than enough for anyone, this coupled with the irrepressible Wako, hope that is spelt correctly, is pretty much heaven. Wako entertains and gets us holiday makers involved at every opportunity, once met never forgotten. Club Tropicana Drinks are free, if you venture here you’ll know exactly what I mean.
