It was suppose to be non smoking room was NOT. Had roaches room was very out dated broken furniture

Very unhappy with my stay. No fresh coffee in the lobby. The worker looks annoyed and unhappy if you ask them a question or ask for fresh coffee. He literally put all of the coffee and supplies away. Beyond rude, no customer service. I had to stay here unfortunately as it was the cheapest room in that particular area. They need CS skills. Kindness goes a long way.

No hot water at all, shower curtain rod falling off the walls. Crusting circle in carpet. No coffee maker. Check in clerk asking weird questions, if I was alone. Strange men hanging around outside. Noisy in hallway in middle of the night.

The rest of the staff just ignored you.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, supposed to be non smoking. Water leak on the bathroom floor. Carpet felt nasty to walk on.

The employee who checked me in was very nice and polite.
The parking lot was clean and very well light up. The room was clean, pillows were nice and comfortable but the mattress was a little uncomfortable; other than that, it was a good stay.
