Amazing food ,friendly helpful staff ,clean rooms, pool area, bit loud this hotel, mostly caters to children on the weekends

The food service at restaurant was very slow.
TV in bedroom not working during the stay. Front desk offered free snacks which was okay but does not change the fact still no TV..

Our stay INSIDE the hotel was fine it was the parking that was causing issues . Us and a lot of the other members from our hockey team were frustrated with. Apparently this hotel has accommodations made for all the off shore workers which is great but they should DEFINITELY add on another parking lot for these workers.this would relieve a lot of the congestion and frustration for the rest of the guest

I liked the really fast checkin with great staff!
I didn’t like ordering cafe coffee items through bar staff. Should be someone at the cafe to take and fill orders. I was going to buy (4) cafe mochas and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to go stand at the bar to order.

The hotel is very good and the location is a key factor for the airport. There was an issue with the lift not going to the fourth floor which was annoying.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to go St-John's. It is one of the best.
Front desk is very nice, Shuttle from and to the Airport can save you money...I will stay again.

I absolutely love it here. My daughter plays volleyball so we are yet to enjoy the full amenities. This place is so clean & quiet. Staff are so friendly.
