Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre

房間乾淨，床舒服，前台説明得很仔細，早餐也很好吃，離小鎮5分鐘的路程，bury很nice，下次去還會住這家酒店

Stayed 2 nights for a reunion with friends. Location, parking, room, staff, wifi, bathroom, breakfast, all excellent. We'd been here before so knew what to expect, and it delivered again. Bit busy at breakfast on one morning but staff were working very hard to get everyone fed. And great porridge!.

Room was too hot and can’t get the temperature down so didn’t sleep well. Self check in which I detest. No coffee machine at breakfast because needs cleaning. Why isn’t it cleaned at night ready for morning. Ev chargers don’t work in car park.

First time staying here, the staff are pleasant and the area the hotel is located in is lovely but the room we stayed in (room 11, the same as the other review!!) could have been cleaner, there was few cobwebs on the ceiling, marks on the walls and ceiling, headboard on bed was dirty, dent in wall near door, extractor fan in bathroom not working which meant the bathroom steamed up and made the room feel hot, red stain near toilet (looked like dried blood!?) and a stray hair belonging to some else found on the pillow!!

Clean, quiet rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this premier inn for the great location to the cathedral, gardens and the surrounding historic buildings. Will stay there again when we return to Bury St Edmunds.

This was a one night stop over on the way to Great Yarmouth and for £60 it was fabulous..just me and my daughters, loved it. Hotel was great, parking good, machine easy to use to add car, check in seamless and our room was lovely, big, clean, air con worked nice, we booked an evening meal, was lovely, attention to detail was great even in the kids meals, well worth the meal deal and having both kids eat breakfast free the next day. Breakfast was good, eggs cooked to order so a tiny wait but nothing to worry about, usual premier inn buffet.a short walk across the car park to the lovely town. All in all was lovely experience, Thankyou 😃

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect and the car park was spot on. Room was clean and modern, just a few bits of paint needed touching up. Air con was OK. Had breakfast both mornings and the food was of a good standard. Chef cooked eggs to order, which was a nice touch. All in all, a good stay.

What a great hotel, fantastic location and super staff. The hotel is situated close to the cathedral and very central to the shopping centre. Breakfast was excellent on site thanks to the very skilled chef Glen who cooked the most perfect poached eggs. Room was very clean and well appointed. I will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. No dogs which I think is an advantage. A nice looking building in a good location with free parking. The bedrooms were quiet and well planned. Air conditioning worked well. The restaurant and bar looked pleasant.
