Amazing staff. good services. I must say all the staff people are very polite and happy to help and they always keep smily face. I loved the stay here and i recommend must to stay for happy stay. I can say that whenever I visit second time , i am gonna stay here. ***ager has done amazing job in order to keep staff very professional.

Horrible place We were there from last days of July to first few days of August. Poorly maintained rooms. First rooms were 108 & 110. Toilet clogged. We were given 212 and 215 then. 212 again toilet clogged. Hot water was not available most mornings. Dirty water / no water delayed us for 2 days. Breakfast spread was poor and I survived on eggs and oats. Fruits were not there most of the days. Bread was already stale and on every third day you get bread pakora for breakfast. They refused to take dinner order twice and we went out and had food outside. Front office is useless. Asked me to check out when we shifted to one room. Tried contacting GM of hotel for complaining, the call was picked up by a female said GM is in a meeting. This happened twice, looks like there is no GM for the hotel!!! She was rude and defended all what happened whether not taking food order or having poor maintenance or why I was asked to check out. She was almost like "you take it or leave", "we do not care whether you like it or not". Contact numbers were 9070333671 and 907033377. When we checked out money was collected but full bill was not given. Have to go back to Srinagar again as my son is studying there, but never to this horrible place again.

I stayed in Hotel rose Petal srinagar with my family the stay was too good we enjoyed the service of hotel too excellent...the rooms was neat and clean ,food was good with kashmiri dishes. Mr. Mohd Aamir Mr. Pervez hospitality was very good ....

stay was good..all staff was very courteous, smiling and helpful Food was good Rooms were well maintained Hot water supply was good, can be improved All Reception, Restaurant , Housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful Would definitely recommend this Hotel to all

Amazing family room suite, outstanding hospitality from sections of staff , Be it reception, F&B etc.. Awesome experience. And i surely recommend this to all to select as a place to stay. Thank you for making our holiday special.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days with our family and the rooms are very clean and spacious. There was 24x7 hot water and the staff are very courteous and always helpful. The breakfast and dinner were just awesome and overall it was a memorable stay.

Great hospitality, comfortable rooms and good food..had a feel at home experience Breakfast spread and dinner spread were simple yet had authentic Kashmiri cuisine desserts and gravy.spl attention was given to vegetarian food..

I went to this property with my family which includes senior citizens and a small child of five years. Location wise This property is located in the Interior like a residential area. The property is neat and clean and check in was smooth. There is a working lift. I took three rooms and the size of the rooms is fairly enough with the centralised AC and heating system. The room & washroom was neat and clean regarding food, it is good and the choices in breakfast buffet is average limited to 2 to 3 dishes but with prices it is fairly enough, service is quite acceptable and fair enough. Wifi is working good. Although there is swimming Pool, but that was not working, in conclusion Prop food housekeeping etc is good 👍👍

Not big as 5star but the service is like 5 start. I must recommend this to all my friends. The food was also yummy and special Rose Petal welcome drink (Kava) was also delicious. All the staff was also very cooperative.
