Would of been a 10 but we could hear outside noises but not to bad everything else was awesome LOVE the 12 afternoon checkout we got there 11 an we didnt get to sleeep until after midnight so not having to get up an run was relaxing we will stay here again!

Quickest and friendliest check in I’ve ever had and I travel a lot! Loved the cleanliness of the room and 12 check out! We frequent Hammond a lot for family and this will be our go to hotel!

On a road trip to Houston to attend a funeral. Hotel was clean and our room even had a ceiling fan which I have never seen in a Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful Also the breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn and very good. Would stay here again.

We just returned from our one night trip to the Hampton Inn in Hammond! I just can not get over the friendliness and the commitment to customer service from this staff!! Mr Bill was a true god send when we were looking for a lost set of keys. The front desk was extremely helpful with accommodating our business group making our stay very pleasant and successful. The hotel was clean. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING as was the breakfast staff. They continuously replenished the coffee and all the items in the breakfast area. We will choose this hotel again when we return!

Rarely are reviews written when there are zero complaints but this is one of them. As a frequent traveler it has been a LONG time since I have encountered a group of employees who truly work together as a team to make you feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend. Greeted with eye contact and smiles immediately. Room was clean and smelled clean. And the breakfast attendant I just wanted to give her a hug she was just the sweetest. This hotel staff blew me away!! Far exceeded my expectations.

The staff went above and beyond to assist my group (22 cheerleaders & parents) and me to make our brief stay amazing. The staff is amazing. Wow! The facility is also clean and in great shape. I can tell that the team takes great pride in all they do! Thank you for everything!!
