The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

Stayed one night. Very clean room upon walking into our room. Bed was very comfortable, got a great night sleep. Nice assortment for breakfast in the morning.
Building is 4 years old but still looks brand new (I asked girl at front desk how old the hotel is) - goes to the maintenance and upkeep of this place to keep it looking new.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again in our travels.

We were in town for a dance competition. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly. Very satisfied with put choice to stay here and will look for TRU hotels in the future

Very clean, wifi was great, only complaint was i wasnt aware of the $150 deposit due at check in but that could have been my fault if its in the fine print because i didnt read it. Pool was nice and clean very peaceful stay. Front desk was kind and helpful.. everything was nicely stocked didnt have to ask for anything. The fridge was a nice addition. Very comfortable and everything look updated. I would definitely book again

The room had wonderful interior decorations and was clean. My only issue was seemed very small. When I unpacked bags there was very little room to maneuver. A closet would help.

Location is good and property is clean. The staff didn’t seemed too thrilled to be there. No greeting. No smiles. The work station is just a tablet and you can’t open excel or other docs.
Also, it’s near a train tracks so you can hear train blowing their horns. Breakfast options were limited but ok.

Wonderful staff! Room perfectly outfitted. New property in great condition. Work out room with all the equipment ie free weights kettle bells yoga and workout mats yoga blocks cycles treadmill stepper etc . Whoever designed this so called more economical hotel didn’t skimp on details. Room and bed excellent as well

My friend and I stayed here on a road trip and felt it was such a good value that we booked it again on our return trip. The beds were firm and comfortable, blackout shades helped us sleep a little later, and it was priced modestly. The breakfast was traditional hotel fare in a nice and clean lobby. I am going to try booking TRU hotels from now on when I travel based on our experience at this location!

Very cozy and welcoming. Enjoyed having a little work table in my room that I actually used. Good coffee and English muffins. Easy and free parking.
