I overslept, which made me late checking out front desk tried calling but couldn’t get through because of dnd so they left a voicemail not knowing it was recording while talking crap about their customers. The previous night I was locked out of my hotel room and was standing at the front desk for 25 minutes so someone can open the door because they cut my card off when it was not my checkout day. I also called front desk three times to let someone know I was trying to get through the door but no answer. Then about 25 minutes after ringing the bell, and calling the front desk, the employee walks around on her mobile phone having a conversation. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I come here every week and every time I come they try to put me in a room that I didn’t pay for. Perfect example.. I checked in Saturday she put me in the wrong room so I called front desk to let her know and her response was “ yeah that’s definitely not your room” but she put me in that room smh very very, very unprofessional and unorganized! This is definitely my last time staying at this hotel !!
