Enjoy complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet. Complimentary shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun Casino. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken household pets (defined as a dog) per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 75 USD for the 1st pet and an additional 50 USD fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Good place to book for a hotel to and from the ******. But I would not personally book again. Asked for two extra towels, only accommodated one, the king size room doesn’t feel like one due to the layout and bathroom is incredibly small that you could barely shut the door comfortably.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a while.
Check in was quick and efficient.
Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, well lit and had a great set up for getting ready for an event or just to go out. The ****** shuttle on Fri and Sat nights was a nice bonus. Hotel staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again. Forgot to take pictures of the room but there was also a large tv that swiveled on a half wall that was also nice. Room also had a small fridge.

We enjoyed our short stay at this convenient hotel (one mile from Mohegan).
Our king room with sofa bed was spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a very nice job cleaning our suite. Plus, we loved the walk-in shower.
The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, plus the hotel provides regular shuttle service (every 30 minutes) to Mohegan from 4PM-1AM, which was a nice feature since it was pouring and we used the shuttle to attend a comedy show at Mohegan and didn't get wet running through a huge parking lot like many of the other ****** guests. (The parking garages were FULL due to the popular comedy show.)
The hotel should definitely fix up the outdoor landscaping since it's been sadly neglected, but the inside decor was fine.

Although we changed rooms as soon as we arrived, our room was dirty shower was clogged with hair to the point the water wouldn’t go down, staff was good and changed our room but wasn’t the most customer service based service.
