The room we received was not the room that was featured in the pictures. The ventilation in the room was little to none and the temperature in the room never got below 75 degrees regardless of setting the thermostat lower for multiple days, otherwise a fairly enjoyable stay.

I was there for two nights. What I did not like was there was only one person doing EVERYTHING for the 50 people eating the Sunday buffet breakfast. Ridiculous! Sunday night dinner was the same thing. One person to help. Yikes! The bar was not open during the daytime hours and their was NO BREAKFAST AT ALL on Monday. Best Western Plus does a better job than that. CATER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PLEASE !

Very close to Spokane arena and podium event centre , nice rooms, beds too soft but all together a very good place to stay for a concert

Quiet during the slow season, breakfast was always on-point. I bet in the summer this place is excellent to stay.

The Hotel itself is nice. But there was toilet paper and uren still in the toilet. When I first got there it smelled like chemicals. The bed was comfortable. But the staff is horrible!!! Very judgemental and rude.
