Nobody would call it breakfast looking at what they serve as breakfast. This hotel is over priced for the amenities they offer. Their ac in the room is extremely loud not to mention this hotel is next to the train tracks. Not surprisingly they have your room stocked with foam ear plugs if you find yourself having a hard time sleeping next to a highly active set of train tracks. Also the entrance is steep and narrow. Your vehicle will rub and grind on the ground driving in and out of their parking lot. They also charge you $5 for parking.

Great hotel in the downtown area of Spokane. Multiple restaurant and shopping choices to choose from within a short distance. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The young woman checking us in was very personable and professional.

Perfect stay! Both people working at the front desk were very kind and accommodating, the check-in process was super easy & my deposit was refunded extremely fast after check-out. The room was spotless and comfortable and the train wasn’t loud at all (I thought it might keep me up). Temp in the room was nice too considering how hot it was outside!

Everybody was really nice and the property has been nicely redone. It’s a really cool space. We dealt with a number of staff and they were all really friendly! The restaurant that’s connected with this facility is wonderful! Really reasonably priced good food and the atmospheres a lot of fun! We did hear the trains the first two times and then you get used to it. You don’t even think about it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s got a great location.

The Steam Plant is downtown and in a bit of a seedy area, however once you are on the grounds of the hotel you will find that it is clean and artful. There are gorgeous murals on the walls, and they were even projecting some Popeye cartoons on the wall. The office is very groovy, and the breakfast, while small, served up some healthy options, like organic oatmeal. Rooms are clean and comfortable, nice shower too. The only issue is the train going by loudly at night, but tbh I slept through it with earplugs in. I would stay here again.

Definitely not the worst place, but for the price point, was pretty disappointing. The tweakers under the bridge and sitting out front smoking ***** made it pretty uncomfortable. As well as hearing them scream and yell all night.

The pet grass area is about 10 x 10' and is far away from the rooms. Our room was in a corner. It was dark ans unwelcoming.
