The manager as well as the staff on duty were patient with me while I straightened out a difference that was not fixed on the ******* site. This allowed me to put another name to check-in on my reservation.

We stayed for one night as a stopping point between Charlotte and Pigeon Forge and would definitely recommend! The hotel was Very clean and modern and every member of staff we encountered was super friendly. After settling in, we headed out to the large Walmart which is only a couple of minutes away. The hotel is also Close to many fast food restaurants and a Starbucks. The parking lot is spacious and well lit. The hotel bathroom was perfect with a great, powerful shower. Cannot fault anything and we’ll be back at Hampton Inn again!!

The hotel is absolutely lovely. Our room was large and spacious and really clean. Every guest is given two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but good. We were in Forest City to see friends and will definitely stay here when we come again

Great place to stay if you are involved in activities at Tryon International Equestrian Center. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly , especially Robert, the person working the front desk the night I arrived. The free breakfast in the morning had a great selection of hot and cold choices. Great value for the money.
