Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Из минусов: отель старый, в коридорах нет ковров и соотвественно слышно буквально все, дверь в номер такая же как межкомнатная. То есть никакая. Номер требует обновления . Поспать и отдохнуть толком не удалось, слишком шумно. Шторы тоже обычные, свет бьет утром в окно. из плюсов: хороший завтрак; прекрасная спа зона и бани; прекрасный персонал!

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

I enjoyed my stay at the Le Luxe Suite Hotel. The price matches the quality, and overall everything was quite good. It can be a bit noisy since the hotel is very close to the main road, but the bed is extremely comfortable — and for me, that’s what matters most. The staff are truly wonderful, warm and helpful, the kind of team that makes you want to come back again. Special thanks to Tarek for his help.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, fakat restoranda kahvaltı sırasında personeller misafirler kahvaltıya devam ederken dış alana sandalye ve masa taşımaya başladılar. Dışarıdaki soğuk havanın içeri girmesi kapıyı uzun süre açık bırakmaları ve ordaki fazla gürültü herkesi oldukça rahatsız etti. Çalışanların daha dikkatli davranması gerekiyordu misafirlerin bulunduğu ortamda. Bunun dışında kahvaltıya biraz daha çeşit eklenebilirdi, çeşitlilik az geldi biraz bize diğer ramada otellerine kıyasla. Temizlik ve konum ***et iyiydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Merhaba Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.
