Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The suite was very spacious. There is even a grocery store right under our hotel. The staff is nice and friendly. A washing machine is included in our kitchen, which makes the laundry trip easier.

จนถึงวันนี้ ฉันไม่เคยได้รับบริการแบบนี้มาก่อน พนักงานทุกคนสุภาพมาก ช่วยเหลือดี และเต็มใจให้บริการ ตัวโรงแรมเองอาจจะได้ 4 ดาว แต่บริการ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และความสะอาดได้ 7 ดาว ขอบคุณทีมงาน

L’accueil est excellent, un voiturier est disponible dès votre arrivée à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien équipées, avec de nombreux services à disposition. La salle de sport est facilement accessible et offre un large choix de machines, permettant de s’entraîner dans de très bonnes conditions. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

The hotel has a great location and is easy to access, near everywhere. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Considering the affordable price, the service exceeded our expectations. We even received a small gift from the hotel (not sure if it was from the staff or the manager or the owner), which made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommended.

I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the receptionist Isilay, she was also very helpful in giving any advice I needed. The hotel itself was perfectly located near the Grand Bazaar, Grand Mosque and loads of places to eat nearby. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Great value for the money I paid

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.
