From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

Стильный новый отель. Очень приветливый персонал. Очень вкусная еда. Баранина, говядина, говяжий язык, говяжьи щечки - всё очень качественное и вкусно приготовленное. На завтраках есть красивые бутерброды с пашот и красной рыбой, качественная мясная и сырная нарезка, на ужинах блюда от шефа с ресторанной подачей. Виды и природа красивые. Все на спорте, есть сапы, йога и тд. Пьяных нет. Публика достаточно молодая. Музыка приятная, постоянно играет диджей, но мало кто танцует, к сожалению. Отель нам понравился. Единственный минус - это запах канализации на улице у бассейна по вечерам😢.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was above our expectations. The sea view, the food, and the welcoming staff made it a very enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Cemre and Gizem at the Kids Club, as well as Deniz the yoga coach and Mouhssine, the operations manager, for always being kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll be happy to come back!

The hotel is in a very good location. The amenities and offerings at the hotel are great. Drinks, including alcohol and cocktails, are available at the bars. Aside from the main meals, Gozleme is made fresh between the hotel and the pool, and there is a fast-food restaurant between the pool and the beach. The food isn't top-tier, but it is very decent. The pools are excellent and are the most beautiful part of the hotel. The beach is 20 meters from the pool and is okay. The rooms are the weakest part of the hotel, and by Croatian standards, the hotel is realistically a 3-star property. In that regard, it is quite modest. The staff is helpful, accommodating, and friendly. If you are expecting a 5-star European hotel, you might be disappointed. However, it is actually good value for money.

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support. The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be. It feels like a property that a uber rich Qatari sheikh bought and then asked to make it look like Santorini. Gaudy interiors of the room but lacking basic requirements.

Not the most friendliest people. There are no elevators and no one offers to carry any luggage up or down the stairs. It’s quite a dirty looking hotel, we walked through an overflowing drain and we couldn’t see it because there were no lights. Also, there is only one person at the egg and pancake station for breakfast, so it took almost 30 minutes to get them. The snacks at 3-4pm were finished when we got there at 3:40pm. There were 2 of us in the room and they wouldn’t give us two cards. My friend came home later than me and she had to get someone to open up and they tried to come into the room with her. It was a good price for all inclusive though and it’s really close to the beach and party areas.
