My stay at Lohkah Isle was magical. From the moment I booked, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. No detail was too big, no gesture was too small. Every request was attended to with such warmth, kindness, and incredible promptness. A special thank you to Isak, Leo, Yuki, and Harlan. You are the heart and soul of this beautiful hotel. Isak welcomed us personally at the pier when we arrived at Gulangyu, and to my surprise, he was also the one who escorted us all the way back to Xiamen at the end of our stay — taking the ferry with us and helping us with all our luggage. He prepared mosquito repellent and medicine before our tour, wet wipes before we depart, always on hand with umbrella for us to beat the heat. That level of care is rare and deeply touching. All the butlers were very sincere and passionate. We have no words. We feel truly blessed to meet all of them. The property itself was immaculate — serene, elegant, and as uniquely charming as a Lohkah hotel can be. Lohkah remains my favourite hotel brand in China, not because of the architecture alone, but because of the people who bring these beautiful spaces to life. I will never forget the sweetness of this team: preparing a lovely tiramisu cake for my birthday, picking us up from a tea store when we got lost on the island, and accompanying us to the most beautiful sunset spots in Gulangyu. They made us feel less like guests and more like dear friends visiting from afar. Isak, Yuki, Leo, and Harlan — thank you for making our stay so remarkable, lovely, and unforgettable. Great hotel with exceptional services. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.

กลับมาพักที่แชงกรี-ลา เซี่ยเหมินอีกครั้ง ก็ยังคงชอบเหมือนเดิมเลยค่ะ พนักงานน่ารักทุกคนเลย (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) เช่น Yulia, Gina, Annie จากฮอไรซันคลับ, Jelly และพี่ผู้ชายเสื้อฟ้าที่ฟรอนท์, และน้องๆ ที่ห้องอาหารชั้น 1 (ขอโทษนะคะที่จำชื่อไม่ได้) ออกจากโรงแรมตอน 5 โมงเช้า แค่ไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึงชายหาดไปดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นได้แล้วค่ะ พอ 6 โมงกว่าๆ ก็ลงเล่นน้ำหรือออกกำลังกายได้สบายๆ คนแทบไม่มีเลยค่ะ พอ 7-8 โมงก็ลงมาทานอาหารเช้า พี่ผู้ชายอวบๆ ที่มุมก๋วยเตี๋ยวชั้น 1 ดูเก่งกว่าเดิมเยอะเลย ปรุงรสได้ดีขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ถ้าจะไปเที่ยวในเกาะ นั่งแท็กซี่ประมาณ 20 นาทีก็ถึงแล้วค่ะ ส่วนถ้าจะไปเที่ยวเมืองอื่นอย่างฉวนโจวหรือจางโจว ไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยม นั่งแท็กซี่ประมาณ 70-80 นาทีค่ะ ดูรูปพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นที่ฉันถ่ายมาให้ดูนะคะ (●°u°●) 」

พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก กระตือรือร้นสุดๆ เช็คอินรวดเร็วและใส่ใจ มีคำถามอะไรก็ตอบอย่างอดทน ทำให้รู้สึกสบายใจมาก โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถส่วนตัว สะดวกและปลอดภัยมาก เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ขับรถมาเอง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สภาพแวดล้อมเงียบสงบและสบาย โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ามาก ครั้งหน้าถ้ามาอีกก็จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบใจกลางปินเป่ย มีร้านอาหารและสถานบันเทิงยามค่ำคืนมากมาย ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ก็ง่าย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวของประสบการณ์นี้คือตัวห้องพักเอง เราจองห้องซูพีเรียคิงในราคา 514 หยวน (714 หยวน รวมอาหารเช้าสำหรับสองคน) ห้องคิงมีแค่เตียงควีนไซส์เท่านั้น วอลล์เปเปอร์ลอก พรมดูเก่าและสกปรกเล็กน้อย และปลั๊กไฟก็ใช้งานไม่สะดวกมาก มีปลั๊กไฟแค่อันเดียวที่ผนังข้างเตียงทั้งหมดและค่อนข้างไกลจากเตียง ฉันเลยให้ปลั๊กไฟอันนั้นกับแฟนเพื่อเสียบโทรศัพท์ของเธอ และฉันต้องเสียบโทรศัพท์ไว้ที่อีกฝั่งของห้องบนโต๊ะ ฉันรู้ว่าโรงแรมนี้เก่า แต่ถึงเวลาปรับปรุงและรีโนเวทห้องแล้ว สำหรับราคาที่เราจ่ายไป ห้องพักให้ความรู้สึกผิดหวังเล็กน้อย โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าพึงพอใจมาก ตัวโรงแรมเองก็สวยงามและอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี เพียงแต่ห้องพักยังไม่ค่อยดีนัก การได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์อันเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งเมืองเซียะเหมินถือเป็นเรื่องดี แต่ในอนาคตเราคงต้องเลือกพักที่อื่นแทน

บริการทําได้ดี ห้องพักมีการออกแบบที่แตกต่างกัน มืออาชีพบริการแขกที่ทําหน้าที่เป็นผู้ช่วยส่วนตัว จัดการงาน เช่น การจอง การขนส่ง และคําแนะนําในท้องถิ่นเพื่อเพิ่มประสบการณ์ของแขก

This is a very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. The weekend dinner buffet was beyond our expectations especially for that price, it’s a must try thing if you stay at Renaissance. Can say the same about the breakfast, however the coffee could be improved. The only disadvantages could be the location (it’s a little far from all fun places and the beach in front of the hotel doesn’t look attractive for swimming, so it’s only good if you have a sea view room) and the swimming pool is quite shallow (1.2m depth) and small (it’s way overcrowded on the weekend in particular, full of kids yelling, splashing and approaching you if you are a foreigner and screaming HELLO HELLO HOW ARE YOU which is quite annoying). Another swimming pool isn’t a pool at all as it’s probably 0.9m depth and the other one is closed and only available for those who book the room with the direct access to the pool. If we knew it before, maybe we’d consider staying in another hotel. Anyway, we appreciate friendly hospitality and a late check out. It was a good stay overall.
