"This is a superlative hotel and it’s very sophisticated. The staff is super nice and exemplifies Guizhou hospitality. The staff went out of their way for me and I even got some fruit and a free bottle of wine and given that business was slow. I got a free upgrade very very happy with the room and my experience here. The location is excellent in the views are sublime! The Pagoda / pavilion or illuminated at night. There are many things to do right there and you do not need ridesharing or taxi or anything. I definitely will go back here next time. I am in Guiyang! This is not a superfluous review. I really feel that I lucked out with this hotel and it was more of a luxury experience than a mere hotel stay."

CChun feng hua yu數博會假期，帶着老母親和女兒入住萬象温泉馬壠別苑，感覺這是一次非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。 首先説説服務，提前去看房間，加了前台微信後，小姐姐一直很熱情周到的回答我的若干問題，態度謙和有禮，有問必答，一點沒有不耐煩。入住後房間幾位服務員大姐每次送東西過來的微笑，讓人如沐春風，心生愉快。整個住宿的兩天，服務可以打滿分！ 開車到馬龍別苑後，樓下有每一個風景獨立的停車場，停好車就從停車場直接進入房間，非常方便。 房間設施完備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，馬桶，淋浴間，房間裏面獨立的泡池，都是乾乾淨淨。整個房間的設計看得出花了心思（泡池房間裏的裝飾畫，符合環境的詩句，恰到好處的花瓶和綠植），讓人身心放鬆。 從馬壠別苑出來，穿過一道玻璃門，就到了公共泡池的區域，對老年人來説很方便。公共區域有四十多個不同類型的泡池，水質良好，很乾凈。整個公共區域環境設計非常用心，能滿足不同年齡段的需求。老母親這一次也非常滿意，説這是她這幾年泡過的最好的温泉，女兒也很喜歡。 酒店早餐種類豐富，食材材質新鮮，進餐環境舒適優雅。中餐我們在附近點了外賣，也是很快就送到啦，**上有很多可以選擇的店鋪。 這是一次愉快的住宿體驗，下次如果泡温泉，看到會再次選擇這裏！同時也感謝這幾天給我們服務的前台小姐姐，房間服務員，謝謝你們！

The hotel rooms are underground, no natural light, no windows. 2. The front desk is not 24-hour even though it claims to be. 3. They ask to charge you a 500元 deposit up front, which is ridiculously high. 100元 is more standard.

Ssusan ᐝ這家温泉酒店體量很大，包含酒店住宿和温泉兩大項目，所以園區面積挺大的。到達當天天氣陰冷，晚上泡了私湯後非常舒服。入住體驗不錯，不過覺得酒店還有很多改善的空間，比如服務，養生湯屋的管家不是很專業，態度很好會幫助拿行李、開私湯放水，但是房間設施等就弄不清楚了，需要內部打電話溝通。第二天退房我把房卡給了管家，她還幫我放行李在車上，結果12點半我在高速上開車前台居然電話問我是不是想再續住，也不知道酒店內部怎麼溝通的。以及擺渡電瓶車要等很久，以至於第二天早餐來回我都自己步行去餐廳的，畢竟户外空氣好，多走走我不介意。 晚餐廳的味道不好，點了168元的酸湯魚養生火鍋，是我在貴州境內吃到的最難吃的。另外就是養生湯屋的室內面積有點偏小，衹能説住宿比較舒適，談不上享受，和室外有私湯、庭院、亭子的配置比較起來低了一個檔次。不過湯屋的地暖配置挺好的。

SShadow31Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

ผผู้เข้าพัก很少評論，這次是真心評價，我覺得酒店不錯，我們是元旦假期來的，價格實惠，房間很乾凈，竟然有地暖，就問問貴陽有幾個有地暖的酒店，住着非常舒適，對於我這個怕冷的人體驗感及佳，然後園區不大但是開放的温泉也夠用，水也挺乾淨的，反正我覺得挺好的，避開那幾家熱門温泉，這裏很幽靜，很不錯，還會來！
