I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

酒店的設施很好，還送了温泉門票，就是沒想到現在的酒店居然還需要按金，不過按金退得很及時，早晨走的時候還幫忙給熱了，漢堡包服務人員都很熱情，幫忙拿皮箱還有人指引去充電樁，服務非常好還給小朋友送了一個旅行，隨身包洗漱用品非常好

ยอดเยี่ยม! สภาพแวดล้อมดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาด มีอ่างอาบน้ํา แถมยังให้กระเป๋าดีๆ อยู่หลายโรงแรม หายาก ดีมาก ถ้าอาหารเช้าเยอะกว่านี้ 🙌🙌🙌

冬季的草原，一如既往的漂亮。這是從北京出發到沽源的中轉站，週五齣發晚上住這裏正合適。這個酒店房間比較大，床品也比較舒服。

การเช็คอินที่แผนกต้อนรับรวดเร็วมาก และฉันยังริเริ่มแนะนําอาหารโดยรอบ ห้องพักสะอาดมาก แผนกต้อนรับยังพบห้องชมวิวเป็นพิเศษ อาหารเช้ามีหลายประเภทจนกินไม่ได้ ทั้งหมดเป็นบะหมี่และเกี๊ยวปรุงสดใหม่ อร่อยมาก! พักที่นี่ครั้งต่อไปที่คุณกลับมา!

1. สุขอนามัยของห้องเป็นเซอร์ไพรส์สุด ๆ! ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้านวมเป็นสีขาวและไม่มีคราบ เดสก์ท็อปและมุมห้องน้ําก็สะอาดสะอ้าน แม้แต่อ่างล้างหน้าก็เช็ดด้วย การใช้ชีวิตอย่างสบายใจ วิวนอกหน้าต่างกว้าง เลย์เอาต์ของห้องอบอุ่นและเป็นระเบียบ อากาศก็สดชื่นมาก ไม่มีกลิ่นแปลก ๆ เลย

前台於清雨服務很好，行李接送超貼心，夜床服務暖到心坎裏。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，特別適合家庭遊客。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯，開啟活力滿滿的一天。工作人員非常專業，解決問題迅速，十分滿意。酒店周邊景點很多，方便遊覽當地風土人情。總體來説，無論是服務還是設施都讓人非常滿意，值得推薦給大家 。

這次在北方的森林體驗感很特別，先後遇上陰天下雪與天氣放晴，兩種天氣都有不一樣的美。雪天山林雲霧繚繞，彷彿置身仙境；晴天視野開闊通透，陽光灑在林間格外治癒，隨手一拍都是大片。還幸運參與了青團手作。服務態度與品質都很不錯，需要的物品及時送到，早餐很不錯👍 管家周姐更是本次入住的一大亮點，貼心熱情，服務細緻周到，有任何需求都能及時幫忙解決，讓人住得非常安心。 美中不足的地方也有幾點：一是私湯升温速度偏慢，等待時間稍長，建議提前公示泡湯注意事項，例如泡湯的時間，酒後不宜泡湯等提示；二是紙巾質量一般，體驗感有待提升；三是民宿限定活動沒有提前告知，在園區偶遇服務人員才得知有音樂會，對於行程安排來説有些倉促。另外，民宿位於村裡，周邊沒有便利店，晚上完全無處購買所需用品與簡餐食品，建議在每層公共區域或前台增設自助商品售賣區方便客人應急。園區面積不算大，建議多增加一些互動性活動，提升遊玩趣味性。同時，目前沒有專業規範的停車場，地面硬化不足，遇到雨雪天停車和行走都不太方便，希望後續能儘快優化。整體而言，環境和服務都很加分，瑕不掩瑜，值得推薦！

พี่สาวที่แผนกต้อนรับดีมาก ตอนไปคนไม่เยอะ อัพเกรดเป็นห้องพ่อแม่ลูก ห้องกว้าง มีโปรเจ็กเตอร์ และเครื่องนอนก็สบายกว่า มีดอกลิลลี่วางอยู่ในล็อบบี้ซึ่งมีกลิ่นหอมมาก อาหารเช้าเรียบง่ายแต่ไม่อร่อยและอิ่มได้ มีผักดอง ไข่ ข้าวต้ม และดอกไม้ โรงแรมอยู่ในป่าสน มีชิงช้าและเปลญวน มีโคมไฟกลางคืนเล็กๆ ในบ้านในตอนกลางคืนซึ่งบรรยากาศดีมาก และคุณสามารถเห็นดวงดาวในเวลากลางคืน แมลงวันเดียวในครีมคือท่อน้ําในห้องน้ํามีเสียงดัง โดยส่วนตัวแล้วฉันคิดว่ามันไม่สนใจเป็นพิเศษ แนะนําโดยรวม!
