This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

快離開聖地亞哥時住在這家酒店，水吧的咖啡很合我口味，房間寬敞而乾淨，交通也比較方便，旁邊有一個商場可以在裏面找餐廳吃飯，價格還很便宜，那麼缺點是什麼呢？我們入住的時候每個房間都有濃烈刺鼻的油漆味，晚上睡覺都要開着窗户，除此之外都很好

Beautiful hotel that is centrally located.

El hotel esta Bien, las habitaciones muy bien, el problema son las instalaciones, una recepción antigua, una pileta chica y un gimnasio chico y desorganizado. El Restaurante esta bien aunque podría tener mas vida, lo mejor es el personal que lo atiende. El hotel dice ser 5 estrellas pero en realidad es un 4, igualmente la relacion precio calidad esta ok

Excelente hotel, con piscina y sauna que pudimos disfrutar cómodamente y habitación verdaderamente de cuatro estrellas. Las vistas también son buenas y la ubicación inmejorable.

ในชุมชนหรูรอบๆ มีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ มากมาย และมีร้านอาหารจีนที่มีสตรีทฟู้ดอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามของโรงแรม มีอาหารแนะนำ 6 อย่าง แต่ละอย่างอร่อยมาก สั่งซื้อพระอรหันต์ชิลีหนึ่งขวดราคาใกล้เคียงกับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต การออกแบบและตกแต่งของโรงแรมเป็นศิลปะอย่างมาก และชั้นแรกมีประติมากรรมและภาพวาดขาย บริการดีมาก ห้องกว้าง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะ มีเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับ และสามารถไปที่ร้านอาหารเทอเรสบนชั้น 9 ได้ เพื่อนบอกว่าบริการดีกว่าบริการ Ritz Carlton ในบริเวณใกล้เคียงมาก ฉันยังยืมกาต้มน้ำจากแผนกต้อนรับไปต้มน้ำร้อน ร้านอาหารบนชั้นหนึ่งก็ดีมากและราคาสมเหตุสมผล นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นในโรงแรม มีห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่สามแยกสี่แยก
