A bit dated but comfortable room.
The first thing that I noticed was the exterme use of scented air "freshener."
I don't know if someone thinks it smells good or they're covering up another odor.
Recommend just cleaning well and drop the Fabreeze.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking super - easy. Management went of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were satisfied.

Location was perfect, cleanliness not the best, there was a dried worm on the floor and the mirrors/surfaces weren’t too clean.

The bed and pillows are so nice and soft. Nice hardwood floors. Big bathroom. Nice cable tv and microwave. Wish it was cheaper in the summer but i understand summer is high season in Southampton.

Decent enough place and clean but the bed is just horrible. Wife and I both woke up in pain on one side. It’s a room with a bathroom and drastically overpriced. Nice staff or the one person we saw. Clean area and everything is generally close by but I need a comfortable bed for sleeping.
