WindWater Hotel and Marina

Only had single coffee pkg while 2 of us stay there and found roachs

I hope they invest in remodeling this place. My room: hairs all over the place, bed covers had old stains, the rest room tub was patched up, shower rods have some rust, no face towels, ac doesn’t cool well. The parking lot is horrible, I had to park in front of the office because there was no parking available, it’s really tight to maneuver out.

I liked that I was so close to the lake, but I didn't have any WIFI in my room (mind you I was right above the lobby) on the third floor. The staff was friendly and the room spacious, the mini fridge was warm and the sheets were THIN, but overall I did enjoy my time alone (there are permanent residents)

It's exactly what I expected. And then a little bit nicer. You just can't beat that property for its cost versus value.

An old and tired hotel/motel with poor upkeeping standards, but all the basics are there. No breakfast, most other places have that in this price range ie budget. I would not recommend it for longer term, but thats just me. Very basic accommotation.

We stayed in the condo overlooking the bay and it was beautiful. We could see the fireworks for New Years Eve from the 3rd floor. Spacious, clean, modern and comfy place. Bath towels could be thicker than what they were. Bed comforter wasnt very thick and hot water took awhile to get warm, not very hot though. There is a timed heated bulb in the main bathroom. The patio is big and you can see everyone fishing atop. Noise level was low to normal even with people everywhere for the holiday. No issues with parking either. I would go back again.

There is fishing at the back of the property and they are really catching fish in the canal!

They didnt have my room ready at 5pm. They tried to upsell me to a more expensive one. When i declined they downhraded my room from what ive originally booked. They advertise breakfast but they do not offer breakfast. Overall you get what you pay for. Not horrible but not great. I eould use it again if im in a budget.

I got a room that had a leak from the rain. I dont like to complain. They offered me another room thay was an upgrade and they were beru polite
