Love this hotel very neat nice customer service in plus you round alot of things the mall nice restaurants thats not far away. The pool area is the best

Customer service was horrible a female manager was rude we were not provided fresh towels every day unless we asked for it and they always made us wait or come back for fresh towels we were not given fresh towels because they didn’t have it and the room was not cleaned at all there was a flood in the toilet was called made to clean it up never showed up until I called customer service after almost 2 hours that is health and safety violations fresh towels were not provided that is bad hygiene customer service is so horrible my wife slipped and fell in the bathroom because of the no rugs and slippery floors and over flowing toilet got a pic of everything will google review it with a pic it was not worth to stay there want my full refund

The room I booked wasn’t available so they gave me a two bed room instead, vanity was terrible looking and when I went to get into one of the beds there was dirt on the bed and the sheets were stained with god knows what, I’ll have to do better research on my end in the future I was embarrassed

This hotel is breaking down. It smells nasty the hallway smell like piss
The bathrooms curtains were falling down. This place is a dump, for the money is not worth it.

I checked in to a dirty room,bed linen was dirty with bright red blood stainsi asked cleaning ladt for clean lines she said i had to ask at front desk provided was dirty as well.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and mold, there was mold all over the room & it was filthy! Thankful we got a refunded, left immediately and booked at another hotel.
