โรงแรมยังใหม่มาก ว่ากันว่าเจ้าของเป็นตำรวจ แม้ว่าห้องจะเล็ก แต่อุปกรณ์ยังใหม่และพรมก็สะอาดมาก มือจับห้องน้ำและลูกบิดประตูเป็นสีทอง ดูหรูหรา ห้องยังมีเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำไม่ใช่อ่างอาบน้ำสีขาวบริสุทธิ์ เสื้อคลุมเป็นเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำผ้าบาติก สภาพแวดล้อมในการรับประทานอาหารก็สะดวกสบายมากเช่นกัน แต่อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างแย่... อาหารมีขนาดเล็กและดื่มยาก และไม่มีนมและซีเรียลพื้นฐาน ยิมมีขนาดเล็กมากประมาณหนึ่งตารางเมตรและมีสระว่ายน้ำ มันค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่โดยรวมแล้วมันเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีคุ้มค่าที่จะมาพักและราคาก็สอดคล้องกับอัตราส่วนราคาต่อประสิทธิภาพ!

Stayed for a night only in exec room, coz my cousin had her wedding party in the Tribrata nearby this hotel...the hotel room was cozy and comfy...breakfast menu was excellent and my family loves it ...thanks Sutasoma Hotel!!!

Nice design and basic room. Nothing much around the vicinity of the hotel even though it is in Dharmawangsa . . unfortunately the wrong side!
So if you are looking for cafes, bars, eateries around the hotel better not stay here. This hotel is attached to a convention hall which I believe is popular for weddings. So could be crowded and noisy if there is a wedding or event going on. Breakfast was pretty good and affordable. Service overall is very good . . all the staff try to make the guests happy.
The cafe food is ok if you stick to the standard Indonesian cuisine. We tried the Tom Yam Goong Soup and it was totally not right! But in all fairness the F&B manager did not charge us for it after we gave him the feedback.
Will probably stay again if we have meetings that way.

The room is clean and the hotel does provide good customer service. As it was a business trip, didn't have the time to use much of the facilities.
