Once again St Regis previously known as Leela Palace where I have been a returning guest for almost 15 years has exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay with them they certainly continue to provide the most luxurious relaxing rejuvenating stay I am already booking another 2 weeks in Month of July to celebrate my 54th birthday with them. Am super excited again to have St Regis in my diary to look forward to and am more than confident that I am going to have another super amazing stay with them. A Blessed stay I feel so lucky On this trip in April I stayed for 2 weeks during which time I experienced unparalleled level of customer service in particular from Umanand and his amazing team at the Manor Club from the waiters to the sous chef to the Mocktails that were so refreshing and cooling as the sun was always smiling at us every day with an odd day where it rained for only a few hours which was most welcomed by me. The whole experience was super amazing prompt service attention to detail and the team were always checking on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything this especially as a solo traveller this attention to detail was most welcomed by me. They treated me like family and having travelled the world and having stayed at many luxurious 5 star hotels St Regis previously Leela exceeds all your expectations I have not found another place in the world that is so beautiful as the St Regis its gardens the forest the sounds of Mother Nature the ocean and the crashing waves just enhance every aspect of a stay here it hold a very special and dear place in my heart and whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a cold drink a cold towel and a lot of courtesy. Unfortunately my mother passed away at the ripe old age of 89 recently so this trip was for relaxation rejuvenation and meditation and the hotel exceeded my expectations far and above and the hotel was aware of this and they just reassured me on arrival that if their was anything that would make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable they were at my service and so to hesitate to ask regardless of what it may be. The whole team at the hotel were at my service around the clock. I stayed in the pool villa suite and had access to the Manor club which is a luxury hotel within a hotel you could say. My butler Kunal was their 24/7 to attend to any requests and I had access to to him via what’s app which just made everything so much easier. From requesting anything I desire all that was needed was a message and they attended to my requests promptly and with our delay. The dinners at the Manir were delicious and the ras malai desert all prepared by Joyiprakash their sous chef was mouth watering and his chefs working ***** side him always assured me that if I would like something make for me that was not in the menus they would be delighted to prepare for me. The breakfast lunch and dinners were always times which I enjoyed the most with their friendly warm welcome

We had a great time at St Regis Goa one of the best in Goa, special thanks to Gullzar for making our stay special. We would like to certainly visit again great stay very near to the beach and the beach was crystal clear and well maintained also had a great time at the beach seafood restaurant suzegado

One of the best vacations we have had with our 4 yr old daughter. The property is truly mesmerizing and the amazing team cutting across departments just create memories of a lifetime. The check in ritual is really special with beads n spl bracelets. Nishkriti was very knowledgeable and made the family feel welcomed at the resort. The gardens, lagoons and large beautiful rooms made the overall stay more comfortable. Shivangi at the restaurants assisted us and was really accommodating at all meal periods. The spa at St Regis is a must do for all. The therapists have magic in their hands and you feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment. The evening Sabre ritual led by Jonathan by the beach is mind blowing and don't miss to have the famous Goan Mary (St Regis version) - one of the best refreshing cocktails one would ever have. For my daughter the star was Manisha from the kids area who organised at least 10 different activities for her and became her best friend in Goa. A nice walk by the beach to the Corner where Sal river meets the Arabian sea will give the best time away from all the hustle. We wanted to spend the family time together at one place and the resort had so many activities that we could not cover all activities in 3 days. The resort is truly the best address in Goa and in true sense is redefining Luxury

Our family trip to a Goa resort was fantastic. The stay was super comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Charan and his team for their exceptional service and hospitality. Perfect for families with toddlers, with plenty of activities and great amenities. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting again!

I was given a room which was very unclean and was shocked to notice a lizard ! There was hair on the bathroom floor ! After I complained the duty manager got my room changed after keeping me waiting for almost one hour ! The room I then got was also very unclean and toilet was stinking like a public toilet ! The bedsheets had stains and carpet was also stained and dirty. Although I am a Bonvoy member and a frequent visitor to St Regis Goa the service treatment given by duty manager was pathetic ! I continued to stay in the dirty room as I had to checkout early the next morning. The hotel refused to even waive the room charges despite the pathetic experience! I have stayed in this property when it was Leela but I find a serious deterioration of hygiene, service, spread of buffet, customer service etc.

I was so impressed with service in St.Regis Goa, all workers were super kind,helpful and like a family to me. I could receive a help any time I asked. The cleaning service was provided two times per day, the property was super clean. The hotel and the place it’s huge itself. We actually don’t need to go out because we will not stay bored at the hotel. There are 3 restaurants, the food is high quality, specially I loved breakfast and their bakery. Swimming pool is big and clean, there are always workers around that provide you fresh drinks, towels or even spf creams. Amazing, I can’t describe my happiness. I just know that I will come back and stay more and more times with St.Regis. Thank you for all your hospitality I am so happy with my stay.
